We have power, cable/wifi, water and the beaches are open. Our elevator is currently working with a hitch. The 4th/6th/PH buttons do not work when you are inside the elevator. We could not know what other issues would arise until we put in the board to see what else is needed. You can hit the other floors and walk up or down to the floors you need until we can get the buttons installed. Our contractor is checking their warehouse if they have them in stock. If they do not we will have to order them. The call buttons in the hallways to call the elevator to the floors do work on each floor. (October 22 2024)

This balcony is completed and useable.
The Holiday Villas III board of directors has informed us Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project beginning in late February 2023 into 2025-2026. This project, as with many other condominium projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by the State of Florida in 2022. While there are no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday Villas III the board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and painting.
Unless the listing specifically states the balcony is not useable and the pool is closed then the balcony is useable and the pool is open.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay (some parking may be moved across the street into our overflow parking lot.) Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate/estimating mid to late 2025-2026. We have been informed it will only be closed during working hours. It will be open when they are done working and on the weekends. Closed ONLY during working hours. If anything changes you will be notified
