Welcome to Sea-renity Now, a comfortable two-story home nestled in the Parks Edge community, centrally located in Orange Beach, Alabama. This home is designed to create lasting vacation memories for years to come.

The interior of this spacious five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home features an open-concept living area that will delight every guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together, making it the perfect space for family gatherings. After a day of sun and fun, prepare a home-cooked meal or enjoy some local takeout, and then gather in the living room to watch a movie on the 65"" screen TV.

The primary suite with its serene décor and comfortable king bed, is located on the main level of the home. It features a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. This level also includes a convenient half bath.

Upstairs, you'll find the remaining bedrooms and two guest bathrooms. The first guest bedroom offers a king-size bed with access to a bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The second and third guest bedrooms each have queen beds, providing plenty of space and comfort. The children's bedroom is a standout feature, furnished with two sets of custom-built twin-over-queen bunk beds and a 50"" smart TV—a perfect setup to unwind and drift off to sleep quickly. The third bathroom is accessible from the hallway, and all bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for added comfort.

Outside, you can relax on the covered front porch or back patio or soak up the sunshine on the back deck. The backyard area is equipped with a park-style charcoal BBQ grill and a picnic table, ideal for ""grillin' & chillin'."" Just steps from the front door, you'll find a beautiful, shared pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Deeded beach access is only a five to seven-minute walk across the street, leading you to the crystal white sands and refreshing Gulf waters.

For nature lovers, Sea-renity Now offers direct access to a network of backcountry hiking trails. The Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail consists of seven trails winding through six distinct ecosystems, providing more than 25 miles of walking, biking, and hiking opportunities through Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and the Gulf State Park.

Sea-renity Now's location offers the perfect blend of sun, sand, shopping, dining, entertainment, and nature. With so much to do, you'll want to return more than once to experience everything Orange Beach has to offer.

The property is located in a quiet, family-friendly area with a firm noise ordinance after 9 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends. The Orange Beach police patrol the area, and full-time neighbors are vigilant about major disturbances. Please respect the community's tranquility during your stay.
