COMPLETELY renovated December 2021! BRAND NEW: Kitchen, both full bathrooms, paint, the couch with a pull-out bed, 65in Roku TV in the living room, and an amazing view from the 2nd floor in Summit! This will be one of the nicest condos in all of Snowshoe, so you do not want to miss it! Book your stay and enjoy this beautiful renovation along with the view and the deer guest who visit every day! Only a 5-minute walk to the slopes!

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1,100sqft, main level on Summit (2nd floor), completed renovated November 2021, and so many personal touches included to make your life easy, so you can relax and enjoy your mountain condo stay. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, guest bed 1 has a full bed, guest bed 2 has 2 bunk beds, and a pullout mattress in the living room. Can sleep 10 comfortably! Includes a grill and a quarter machine with deer food!

An electronic keypad at the front door where you can let yourself in! You will receive the code the day before your stay.

I am available by text, email, or phone during your stay. We do have a local maintenance man if there are any issues during your stay.

Now please note, there is an additional fee of $50 per person per night if a guest is not reported within the reservation. Please make sure you report all guests within your reservation for your stay. Also note, the owner will be held harmless in the event of inclement weather or property amenities not working as they both may not always work in our favor and cannot be controlled. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay!

We loved staying at Austin’s condo! It was clean and cozy just as displayed on the vrbo app. Austin was quick to answer any questions or issues and you have everything you would need in the condo. The beds were very comfortable and it was a quick walk to the village, even with a 3 and 7 year old! We would definitely stay here again! Also we fed the deer multiple times and the kids were overjoyed!

So convenient!

Such a cute little place and just steps from the slopes! Plenty of room in common areas and nicely renovated. Definitely a great place to stay to ski and visit the shops!

Perfect Getaway

My stay could not have been better! The condo was exactly as described. Perfect location. Very comfortable layout. And Austin (the host) was so kind and welcoming. He made sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. I’m would definitely stay here again!

Fresh snow

Fresh snow made for great skiing! Fun watching the deer come up to the condos to be feed. Appreciated the "extras" provided, laundry pods, dishwasher and dish soaps, spices, etc..Property manager was excellent at providing info.

Close to all the attraction

Owner was very informative to all the detail to assist in checking in and out . Look for the video on YouTube to help guide you to the unit location before arrival so it make it easier when you get to mountain which has bad mobile service

Clean, Cozy, Beautiful

The entire stay was exceptional. Easy check in process, the condo was spotless and beautifully remodeled. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to make your own meals, more than enough towels for our family of 5, and all communication was quick and friendly. Would highly recommend and gladly book again! The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views.

GREAT Spring Break Trip!

The property was great, for our two families. All the kids slept in the bunk room, the parents had their own bedrooms. Living room, Dining room and Kitchen were all open to one other. Very accommodating space! It was NICE to have our own Washer & Dryer! The shuttle picked us up right in front of the unit. However, we walked it everyday as well. Not a hard walk, especially coming down the stairs. Lots of deer! And we got 7 inches of snow on the day we arrived. Skied 3 days!

Close to slopes

Overall great stay. Host was very responsive and provided great lists of activities pre arrival. Short walk to the slopes which was huge since we skied every day and had littles joining us!

Sunset solitude

Kitchen is a game changer for us. Baking our own bread, and making pizza is our thing. Things get better when you do it in fall's chilly everythings with a sunset overtaking kitchen windows and door. Nothing beats it Solitude adds to the frame if you open the door: a deep silence void fills in from outside, to a kitchen warmed up by pizzas coming out the oven with wine and family. Do it off season though. Hiked snowshoe's slopes during the day... No snow, no people, no senseless noise. Getting out to balcony with a drink to either starred night or a full moon (plan ahead). Nothing better than this to reset yourself Daniel

The host was amazingly responsive with any questions and was super friendly. The views at this place were absolutely gorgeous with the fall leaves. We have attended this event for years. The Summit has always been on the top of the list to try. When I came across the listing I knew this was the year and it didn’t disappoint!! Not far from the village but still peaceful enough the deer showed up every evening. The communication was great. The condo was clean!! and we all ENJOYED our stay!! Thanks again. This place was great for a family! A little bit of a hike to the mountain to ski although if you don’t mind waiting for a shuttle it is definitely no problem. Make a call and a shuttle is at your front door within minutes. Lots of deer right out your back door. Would definitely stay here again❄️⛷️

Great Condo

We had a great weekend stay and a fun day of skiing, even though the weather did not cooperate. Good selection of restaurants at the resort, so we didn’t cook in much. Definitely recommend this condo. It’s is updated more than most. FYI for those skiing or hiking. Bring walkie-talkies. The cell service is. non existent on the slopes and on the roads near the village. Big issue when your group gets separated!
