Nestled in the pines of Vermont, Between the Pines has 5 bedrooms, is located less than 3 miles from Sugarbush Resort, about 8 miles to Mad River Glen and less than a half mile from Route 100 connecting you to wonders across Mad River Valley. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 living areas, main kitchen, kitchenette, hot tub, wood pellet stove, 3 arcades, bumper pool, dart board, and fire pit area. This home is private, but accessible. Working remotely is a breeze with our work desk set up!

My goal is for my guests to have a positive experience. Your stay is private and I will be available to address any inquiries through the booking platform during your visit. My response time is typically within the hour during working business hours and as prompt as possible outside of them. Satisfaction is always a priority.

Between the Pines is a quiet property and conveniently located just minutes between downtown Warren and Waitsfield with Sugarbush and Mad River Glen only a few miles away. Skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, biking, nature walks and mountain adventures are readily near this property. This area is directly on the trail network and only a short distance to popular swimming holes. Nearby are some of the Valley’s popular wedding venues and well known restaurants/breweries such as American Flatbread and Lawson’s Finest Liquids.

Guests will have access to the entire home, fire pit and hot tub. The shed is for owner use only unless arrangements are made otherwise!

Between the Pines is a relaxed atmosphere featuring many areas to kick back and enjoy your vacation. Check-in via the electronic key pad and then spend time in front of the wood pellet stove, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, relaxing in the hot tub or playing bumper pool in between the outdoor adventures nearby. The 5 separate rooms and two distinct living spaces provide privacy while allowing togetherness. Each floor has their own bathroom space. The 1st floor stays naturally cool and the 2nd has air conditioning in the main living area during July and August. For the smallest of guests, a Pack N Play, baby gate and feeding booster are available during your stay. The home sleeps a maximum of 10 adults (no adults in top bunks). Other items available to make your experience more comfortable include a washer, dryer, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, fans and drip coffee maker.

Parking: In the summer there is space for 4 cars and 3 cars are the max in the winter to allow for plowing. A car is generally necessary to get around the Mad River Valley and in the winter, a vehicle with all wheel drive is strongly recommended. Limited taxing services are available. In the winter Green Mountain Transit offers a free shuttle bus to transport you around the Mad River Valley. The house guidebook has local restaurants, shops, attractions and tips.

*PETS*- A limit of two dogs are permitted. Dogs are only permitted with prior approval and dependent on the house schedule. No Cats.
Wood for the fire pit will be provided and the wood pellet stove will have the hopper fully loaded. Guests will need to bring their own disposable house supplies. Toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap are provided. Linens and towels are provided. The home is cleaned with an enhanced cleaning process.
