A fun weekend stay

Great location. Great space for a weekend getaway to Montreal. Close to transit and walkable to the downtown and Old Montreal.

Cosy apartments

We enjoyed stay at this place . Very clean & the house exactly like the picture. We just have problem with internet connection on the last day & Charles gave us the new access. For sure we love to stay at this place again

Extended weekend away

The place was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. The location was actually a lot more convenient than I anticipated, with a number of restaurants and cafes less than a 5 minute walk away. The metro was about a 10 minute walk which made getting around the city super easy. Check in was clear and simple. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends/family if they're planning a visit to the city!

The entrance and the stairs is terrible

The condo itself is ok but not as clean as we were expecting it. The entrance which is with the stairs is terrible. It has missing rails and it is quite dirty, smelly and dark. So not safe for kids. The sofas are also dirty. On the positive end, the host is quite great. And answers your questions fast.

Good Location - Free Parking

Before reserving I inquired whether the sofa was a sofa bed and was advised it was - though it's not. Would not have booked had I been advised there was not a sofabed. Advertised to accommodate 6 - owner is counting the sofa itself, and an air mattress as 5th and 6th beds. There were not 6 place settings and the table seats only 4. The lights in the living area did not work. Had to get the toilet lever to just the right spot to keep toilet from running. When running the tub, could not stop water from running from the showerhead. Due to the placement of the shower door one had to be in the shower to run the water, and there was nothing to grab onto. The shower was slippery and dangerous, having no treads or textured surface. There was no shelf for soap/etc in the shower so the soap often fell to the floor, increasing the concern from the slippery floor. Had to get the shower faucet to just the right spot to stop the water flow. Insufficient towel racks. Up-and coming neighborhood with good cafes / restaurants nearby. Free on-street parking.

National Bank Open week

My friends and I stayed at this property to sightseeing and attend National Bank Open matches. The ceiling was not completed yet but it was a great place to stay. We received check-in info fairly early with detailed instructions on how to get to the property, how to get into the unit and Wifi password. Wifi password provided didn't work when we arrived. It wasn't a problem as we used the password listed on the router. There was an AC in the living room/kitchen area but didn't circulate to the rooms when doors were closed at night (renovation not done). It was ok but felt a bit warm during the night due to heat waves going on when we stayed at the property. When the property is fully renovated, it would be a great place to stay.

F1 Week-end

We came down for the highly anticipated F1 weekend with some family and friends, Charles made the stay very enjoyable, the location was very close to everything we needed - just a short drive away. Charles was attentive and answered all questions and messages in a timely fashion. The unit was under construction but still was a cute and enjoyable place to stay in!
