On the grounds of this gulf-front complex, you'll enjoy access to community amenities that include an outdoor pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, and terraces where you can relax in both sun and shade.
As you enter this two-story condo, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, and a staircase that leads up to the main living area. It's a space that's flooded with natural light, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the gulf, the resort grounds, and the expansive balcony just outside. Enjoy a sitting area with leather furnishings and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV (with cable and Roku), an open kitchen with all the essential appliances, and space to dine at the two-person breakfast bar and the circular table for four.
In the evenings, you can leave the day's clothes in the private washer/dryer and retire to one of the two bedroom suites downstairs. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, direct access to a second balcony overlooking the bay, and a flatscreen TV with Roku.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
