This 3-star residence is located in the historic center of Rovinj where are lots of bar and restaurants nearby. The apartment is facing the fishing port and it's near the Hotel Adriatic.
The apartment is renovated in 2020 and it's up to 3 persons.
Provides all modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV , and air conditioning. The Studio features a fully equipped kitchen ,living and dining area , a private bathroom with shower and washing machine , hair dryer, towels and linens. There is double bed and a bedroom with a single bed .
You can enjoy the promenade or spend the afternoon sunbathing on the pebble beach which is only 110 meters . Please note that the apartment is located in the City Center where there will be concerts or other events.
The Baroque basilica of St. Euphemia is only 5 minutes away, and the ferry port is located 250 meters from the residence.

Dieses Apartment befindet sich in Strandnähe und liegt in der Gegend Altstadt von Rovinj, einem Stadtviertel von Rovinj. Aquarium und Paleo Park zählen zu den Attraktionen der Region. Nicht das bekommen was bestellt war

NAch Buchung und Bezahlung rief der Gastgeber an und teilte eine Überbuchung mit. Mit viel Glück hat sie bei einer Freundin für uns etwas bekommen. Leider nicht das was wir wollten. Und das zum gleichen Preis. Weil wir keine andere Wahl hatten haben wir das Angebot angenommen. Leider ist dies bereits in einem anderen Fall vorgekommen bei Ihnen, nämlich eine Stunde vorher hier rief der Hotelier auch an und sagte es gäbe leider kein Zimmer mehr. Hier wurde allerdings noch nicht bezahlt bzw. per Amex nicht abgebucht.

Zauberhaftes Apartment

Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin und Vermieter. Gepflegtes Apartment, es fehlte an nichts. Riesige Terrasse mit super Blick auf Promenade und Meer. Mitten im Zentrum gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung entspricht 100% der Beschreibung im Inserat. Alles was man für den Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden, inklusive der tolle Blick in den kleinen Hafen und "Riva". Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Woche in Rovinj

Für uns war die Lage der Wohnung perfekt. Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Terrasse hat den perfekten Ausblick und alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Super Apartment in der Altstadt direkt am Hafen

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub mit meiner Gattin Ende Oktober. Wir hatten nicht nur Glück mit dem Wetter sondern auch mit dem Apartment. Perfekt für eine Sightseeingtour in Rovinj. Super zentral gelegen direkt am Hafen mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und über komplett ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Tina war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Tage in Rovinj

Wir hatten wirklich traumhafte Tage in Rovinj! Tolles, super sauberes, gut ausgestattetes und sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment in bester Lage. Die Eigentümer waren super nett und hilfsbereit! Der große Balkon bot Platz für unsere beiden MTBs und lud zum gemütlichen Sitzen/Essen mit einzigartigem Blick auf den Yachthafen ein. Durch die zentrale Lage des Apartments fand man sich nach dem Austreten aus der Haustüre sofort im pulsierenden Leben wieder und konnten durch die zauberhafen Gässchen/Geschäfte bummeln... Traumhaft!!! Tagsüber erkundeten wir die Gegend mit den MTBs und fanden sehr schöne Plätze zum Baden... Einzig negativ war der Lärm, der nachts durch den Club unter dem Apartment entstand. Wir sind wirklich nicht empfindlich, doch das war doch sehr sehr laut... vor allem bis mindestens 3-4 Uhr morgens!!!

Einfach Wunderschön!

Lager: PERFEKT! Wohnung: PERFEKT! Es gibt gar nichts worüber man sich beschweren kann. Es war einfach wunderschön in Rovinj und wir haben die Zeit da richtig genossen. Tina und Ihren Mann waren sehr nett und haben uns sehr gut geholfen mit alles! Rovinj war unerwartet schön! Immer wieder! Auch super war das unsere kleine Hund mitdürfte!!! Kroatien ist sehr hundfreundlich!

A beautiful apartment with a beautiful view. Located in the middle of town, this apartment was perfect for us. Be prepared to park 15 minutes away and arrive before 6 pm so Tina can provide you with a quick drop off parking pass.

Perfect location

Great communication by the host. Flat very clean and with everything we needed to self cater some of our meals. Bottle of wine, bowl of fruit and a personal welcome was a lovely touch. Great views from the balcony (ideal for breakfast in the sun) and superb location by the harbour, ideal to explore old Rovinj. Comfortable bed too.

Great Location

Property was roomy and clean. Bed was very comfortable and the room quiet even though the location is close to the main plaza. The patio and location were both home runs. There is one flight of steep narrow stairs so this unit is not appropriate for anyone who would have difficulty with this. Parking is 600 meters away and runs about $20 Euro per day. Tina, the owner, is great and take pride in her property.

Perfect stay

Location is super. The view of the Harbour from the terrace is lovely. It was off- season so the evenings and mornings were quiet. Apartment was well furnished- fresh fruit and wine were appreciated. Host was helpful and responsive to questions and recommendations.

Extraordinary hosts!

Tina and her husband, Johnny, were extraordinary hosts. We had to cancel this trip a year ago, and we are so happy that we booked with Tina again. She was very responsive to any questions and concerns, even finding out information about Covid testing for our next flight. . She and Johnny met us and guided us to their VRBO apartment. What a beautiful location,right on the water, and very clean and inviting. We would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic Find!

We spent 2 nights in this lovely, cozy apartment. It had everything we needed, is in a great location on the harbor, and was super quiet at night. Tina, the owner is wonderful! She made sure to connect with us on our time schedule and get us the keys to the apartment. As it is located in a pedestrian zone, she gave us a pass card so we could get to the building in our car and unload our luggage. She also pointed out 2 parking options for our stay: one at 2 euros/day and one that was free! Both are an easy 15-20 minute walk away. We were able to do laundry here and dry our things out on the balcony porch in the brilliant sunshine. We had clean, dry clothes in no time. We enjoyed a delightful visit to Rovinj and highly recommend Tina’s place. *An added bonus was the bottle of homemade blueberry liqueur that Tina presented to us as a welcome gift from her mother. How thoughtful!

This property must be one of the best locations in Rovinj in terms of the view of the harbour and associated activities. Tina is quick to respond to any queries or advice needed. Also big thank you to her Mum (Eva?) who provided an airport transfer service and waited nearly 2 hours when the flight was delayed!

Perfect location!

If you want to be in the heart of the port, this is the place to stay. Very clean, studio apartment. Tina and her husband met us in the plaza and walked us to the apartment. The effeciency was just right. Provides a great place to rest, and still be part of the scenery. Fantastic balcony to sunbathe or to watch the stars Restaurants all around and everyone one we tried did not disappoint. The dock nearby is where you can sit and watch these mega yachts pull in. Beautiful sunsets, picturesque, lots of photo opportunities. There are nearby grocery markets as well as a farmers market to shop at. We felt very safe and walked at all hours of the night. We would highly recommend Tina's studio apartment.

Great little gem in a great location

Although small, the apartment is very well equipped and in a great location. Restaurants are very close and it is only a few minutes walk to the swimming areas. The balcony is ideal for early morning breakfast and evening cocktails. We had a lovely stay - thank you to the host who was very helpful.

Gem in Rovinj

This apartment is lovely! It has a large terrace that looks out on the water and plaza. There is ample space for two people. The extra small room was great to store our luggage. It is located right in the centre of the old town, shops/ restaurants/swimming area are all nearby. The owner is very helpful. The restaurant at the foot of the steps (one flight) Segutra has excellent food and treat you like neighbors. We booked Ivona for a tour of the Istrian Peninsula. We would definitely stay at Tina’s apartment again and highly recommend it.

Just what we were hoping for!

This property was perfect for us. It had everything, including a wonderful host family that couldn't have been more helpful. The location was amazing - overlooking the Rovinj harbor, close to the market, restaurants, boats for touring, and gorgeous scenery everywhere you looked. Lovely apartment with stunning views

From before our arrival Tina ensured that everything was done to make our stay in Rovinj stress free. Arrangements were made for us to be collected at the airport by her Mum and Tina was waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment. The gift of wine and biscuits was much appreciated. The apartment is so central and has everything in it you could need. The views from the balcony were spectacular and it was wonderful to enjoy our breakfast each morning looking out across the boats moored in the harbour. In all a wonderful holiday in a very special city.

Perfect Apartment - Perfect Location - High standard of cleanliness

The pictures do not do this apartment justice - it is lovely and spotlessly clean. There is everything you need (and more - first aid kit, candles, hand soap, etc.) for a holiday. The balcony must be one of the best in Rovinj - views of the harbour, lots of people watching, boats coming and going, and you can see (and hear) the live music from the square. You get the sun on the balcony from morning until about 3 pm. Tina was exceptionally nice and very accommodating with our dates .She met us outside the apartment and came personally to collect the key before we left. She was available by telephone if required. We appreciated the wine/water/biscuits she left as a welcome gift for us. We stayed two weeks in this apartment and loved everything about it. We would highly recommend it and hope to return in the future. Re a reviewer's comment about the Nightclub below the apartment - when we were there this was closed and boarded up, so not sure what is happening with it. This apartment had everything we needed on our holiday, but just in case you're interested there is no iron/ironing board. Also note there are about 8 outside steps to front door and then about 12 inside stairs to apartment . There is a window, but no air conditioning in the single bedroom OVERALL - GREAT

Great location, views, host - all spectacular!

I cannot say enough lovely things about this apartment. We loved every moment of our time in rovinj and Tina’s perfectly appointed home away from home. She was fabulously accommodating.
