The home is set in a quiet yet convenient location and because it's so close to local attractions, you'll save time and remove the stress of needing to travel. This apartment is presented in good condition with nothing else needing to be done, except move in! The bedrooms are cozy, and the natural light that flows through makes a comfortable and relaxing personal space. The rest of the home is serviced by a modern and stylish bathroom.

Basic & Clean

This property was clean and close to the things we came to see. It does sit on a busy road a couple of blocks down the road from the hospital, so there are ambulances that go by often with sirens on, otherwise the neighborhood is quiet. We didn’t expect anything more than basic, but there were a few things that were a little quirkier than expected. The back door (the main door to access the property) had a lot of light coming in around it due to a very ill-fitting door. I think the deadbolt only made it about an inch or less into the latch. The sofa was hard and had a lovely bowling ball-shaped dent right in the middle; none of it was a comfortable place to sit. Communication was a little rough for check-in, but we got it worked out without too much hassle. The rollaway bed frame must have had something happen, because it was out in the back disassembled. There were 3 floor mattresses available that were comfortable though so everyone had a bed. The door between bathroom sinks and shower area was gone and at first I was disappointed as that would have allowed multiple people to use the bathroom at the same time, but after seeing the toilet/shower area, it was good there wasn’t a door as the space is very tight and a door would have been a huge pain I think. The outdoor space in back was fun for the kids to have imaginative play for when we weren’t out and about. Overall, enjoyed our stay and it worked for what we came for.

Cheap

Our family was comfortable here. The neighborhood is safe, but not well maintained. The property itself was good, but the towels and sheets were cheap. The floors were dusty, but not dirty. It was worth the price. It seemed as though the owners are new at managing a short-term rental.
