Starr Dust 2- Luxury on the beach! This tastefully decorated 6bd 4ba duplex sits directly on the Gulf with breathtaking views of the Gulf from all 3 balconies. As you enter this home there is access to the residential elevator, queen bed, washer & dryer, and industrial ice maker. On the first floor is where you will find the kitchen, fully stocked and ready for all of your cooking needs, the dining area, living room, full bathroom, and one queen bedroom. Second floor hosts a king suite with an ensuite master bathroom. The second bedroom on this floor hosts two double beds and an ensuite bathroom. The third floor hosts two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The fourth bathroom is located on the third floor as well. Flat screen TVs in 5 of the 6 bedrooms (The very bottom floor bedroom). The outdoor area has been designed with you in mind! Large hot tub/Spas, ample bar area and seating, and a gas grill to make the most of your stay enjoying the beautiful beach!

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
