Guest access:
The home is sure to please your group. Built in 2021, this 2,100 square foot custom home features a gourmet kitchen with an open concept to the living room and upgraded features throughout the house. The living room has plenty of seating along with huge 85 Inch Sony Smart TV windows looking directly at the Lake, Boulder Bay, and the Forest.
Venturing outside you will have sun decks that make you will feel as if you are above the world here as you enjoy Boulder Bay, lake views, the forest and the mountain views. Outdoor patio furnishings provide you with a great space for relaxing in the evenings and grilling up dinner on the provided Gas BBQ. After a day of adventures out on the mountain, you will love soaking under the stars in your own private hot tub here on the deck as well.
Wake up in your plush King beds and walk out on your private patio to enjoy your morning coffee and smell that fresh mountain air. All 4 bedrooms have a view of the Lake and Boulders and The National Forest.

If you like to look at it before booking, please look it up on your Search Engine "The Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy Brochure" to read about it.
Please provide your email after your reservation is accepted, we will email you the document and you can sign it back to us via DocuSign. Please return this document to us within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.
No loud music, no DJs, large parties, or any other private events to be held during your stay. Violation of this rule will be subject to an initial $500 fine, $1,000 for the second occurrence, and eviction for the third occurrence. This fine will be taken directly from the security deposit.
If the neighbors are disturbed, we (Lifetime Retreats LLC) reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.

Guest Limits 10:
Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed-upon occupancy limit. There will be a $1,000 fine if additional guests are invited and not agreed upon by the host.
Quiet hours:
Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM- 7 AM.
Smoking:
Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the entire premise. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or odors.
Damages:
Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home. In the event of any damages caused by the tampering of our devices and appliances, the guest shall be responsible for the cost of said damages.
Fireplace:
There is Air Conditioning and Heating for the house. The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Pets:
We do allow pet(s) case by case. However, an additional cleaning fee of $150, we will request the additional cleaning fee after the acceptance of the reservation
Parking and vehicles:
No parking in the street or the yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated
parking spaces, and the garage. This includes trailers.
Jacuzzi:
For the safety of our guests, The outdoor lights and Jacuzzi will be shut off at 10:00 pm automatically. If caught using the jacuzzi past 10:00 pm, you will be fined from your security deposit. This is not our rule, it's the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbors policy. It will be $50 to use the jacuzzi.
Dishwasher:
Please place all dirty dishes inside the dishwasher and run the dishwasher at check out. Please do not overstuff the dishwasher. Please Wash bunky items by hand.
