Take a break at Summer’s Point, a remarkable Gulf Shores vacation home located directly on the beach. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Summer’s Point welcomes you with professionally designed interiors and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Offering 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this Gulf Shores vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Summer’s Point's features include a fully appointed kitchen and ample seating to accommodate the whole family. With 2 chairs and 2 benches at the dining room table to seat up to 8 as well as 5 seats at the bar, this Gulf Shores vacation home is perfect for getting the whole family together to enjoy a hot meal. Plus, with family time at the top of mind, Summer’s Point includes 2 gulf-front decks, a beach volleyball net, and a private walkway to the beach.

Upon entry to the main floor of Summer’s Point, guests are greeted to the left by sweeping views of the Gulf through the virtual wall of windows which illuminates the open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room with natural light. Out on the main deck, you will find various seating options as well as stairs down to the beach volleyball court and the private walkway to the beach. To the right, there is a bunk room, a king bedroom, and a bathroom. Upstairs includes a gulf-facing king bedroom with a private deck, a queen-appointed bedroom, and a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom between them. The queen bedroom entrance has its own vanity and commode that can be closed off for even more privacy, creating its own half-bath.

Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the entirety of their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome. RVs and motor homes are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. Great family rental
We loved this rental! Location was perfect. The rental was clean, and the beach was just out the back door. My only suggestion would be to have some extras like salt, pepper, sugar, a few extra kitchen towels, etc. There were plenty of bathroom towels and washcloths! Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely come again.

my family had a great time and enjoyed our stay. the beach is just a short walk out the door. it was a little busy due to being 2 doors down from a public beach access. its still a great place to stay and the kids loved the volleyball net. the house was clean and well stocked.

Long weekend
This place has an amazing location. Just steps away from the beach and views from amazing sunsets. The bunk beds were great for the kids and they had a blast! My only complaint would be that only 1 towel roll, 1 dishwasher detergent pod was provided to us. It would have been nice if at least 2-3 were given. We ate home basically almost every meal so used the dishes pretty quickly.

Nice Beach House
Very nice beach house. Best feature was the short walk down to the beach. Also loved the ice maker in the kitchen! It was a great place for family to gather. A huge thank you to the managers, we had a small problem with a dryer (lint build-up was causing dryer to not dry clothes). I texted in the morning, it was fixed that afternoon. Lots of gathering space in living room and a nice deck. Kitchen island and dining table provided ample eating space when dining in. Only drawback was the 2 bedrooms on main floor had to share one bathroom. One bedroom with twin bunks sleeps 6 kids, and another bedroom sleeps 2 adults. 8 people using 1 bathroom was a challenge but we worked it out. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs that sleep 4. There is a bath and a half up there. Some kids went upstairs at peak times. We saw lots of dolphins passing through from the beautiful view of the large windows. It was extremely hot this week and lots of jellyfish in the gulf made it hard on the kids and seniors. Overall we had a great time, We visited Fort Morgan, an alligator sanctuary and a dolphin watching cruise, all close to this location. We look forward to visiting Gulf Shores again!

Beautiful house!!!
Our family of 12 loved the house right on the beach. A plus was the volleyball court. We played every night while the babies played in the hose/baby pool on the side of the court. The beach was crowded due to a walkway for the public being a house down. We did go on the busier time of the year. We would definitely rent again if we could get the money together.

Could not have been better! It was just like the pictures showed. Very clean, beautiful views of the ocean, easy check in process, and literally steps from the beach. We went during off season so it wasn’t crowded and was the perfect spot for a young family. We would definitely stay at the property again!

Beautiful Property
This house was perfect for our week at the beach. It is in a great location, the view is spectacular and the beach is absolutely perfect. It's just a few miles to shops, stores and restaurants. There is a restaurant, fresh seafood shop, ice cream shop and small market within walking distance (about a 10 minute walk). The kitchen could use a few more items, such as oven mitts, dish towels, broom and dustpan, and there is no grill. We bought an inexpensive one and just left it with the neighbors. This house looks exactly like the pictures. I definitely would recommend this gorgeous place and would rent it again. Wish we didn't have to leave.

Not what was advertised
When we first walked into this lovely renovated beachfront home, we were happy. However, we quickly realized that the bathroom situation was not good for two separate families, one of four and one of three members. There were only two and a half bathrooms and the house was advertised with three. The upstairs bathroom had a shower and tub, but the adjoining bathroom had only a toilet and sink. The downstairs main bedroom was drafty and no amount of heat could make it warm. My husband noted that it had no insulation, a possible explanation for the cold. My niece noted that the first floor bathroom could have been cleaned more to her liking. When the shower bar fell down, my husband and nephew were able to put it back. Things DO go wrong sometimes, but the combination of the bathroom situation, the cold bedroom and the not so clean first floor bathroom gave us pause. Otherwise, the location was good, the house was spacious and the deck and views were stellar.
