Ideal for groups, each bedroom offers a comfortable and private retreat:

🛁 Full Bathroom: A spa-like retreat with premium toiletries, plush towels, a bathtub, and shower.

Guest Access
🔑 Self Check-In: Guests can check in via the keypad for a seamless experience. The entire apartment is reserved for your exclusive use.

🐾 Pets: Your furry friends are welcome!

🚗 Parking: Two car parking spaces are available. Additional street parking is available, and sometimes other on-site spaces may be accessible, depending on availability.

Extra Guest Fee: After 5 guests, an additional fee of $25 per guest per night applies.

🎉 No Parties or Events: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No loud talking or gatherings after this time. Violations will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
