The open floor plan includes a spacious living area with sofa sleeper and patio doors to your private courtyard featuring outdoor dining and lounging areas. How lovely to relax outside and enjoy the soothing sounds of ocean breezes rustling through the lush palm trees. The indoor living area looks into the dining area and spacious, fully-equipped kitchen featuring breakfast bar, a Keurig coffee maker, granite counters and new cabinetry. This is the perfect space for preparing morning coffee, snacks for the beach, or a delicious meal for the family. Off the kitchen is a well-equipped laundry area.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfy bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, views of the courtyard and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom, perfect for kids, has a queen bed and two sets of built-in twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms share access to a remodeled Jack & Jill bathroom with a double sink and a large tiled walk-in shower.

Hilton Head Beach Club is a private community located just a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. The community features a private pool and sundeck, as well as assigned parking. ***ONLY one parking spot is guaranteed per unit***

Whether you are here to relax or to explore and enjoy several adventures, there is everything you need very nearby. Parking Note: There is one designated parking space right in front of the villa's front door (48 is painted on the pavement in the space) - And several first come, first served guest parking spaces. There is a 2-vehicle limit at Hilton Head Beach Club. 2 parking passes will be inside your villa upon arrival and must be displayed on your dashboard of your car at all times. Please leave the parking passes in the villa upon departure. The regime will charge $25 for any pass that is not returned inside the villa.
