The Space:
After a fun-filled day of shredding fresh powder on the slopes, unwind in this charming condo that features 2 bathrooms with a loft area, and will accommodate up to 4 guests.
As you walk through the front door, relax in the living room with a comfortable sofa and armchair seating. Feel the warmth of the indoor fireplace permeating throughout the home as you unwind for the night watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen where they can whip up a delicious homemade meal for your group. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with 3 stools where you can enjoy each other's company. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area while sharing exciting adventure stories of your time in Breckenridge. A pull out sofa is available in the living room, for additional guests, with a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo across the hall.
Access to the private outdoor balcony is through the dining room, where you can step out and enjoy the spectacular river, forest, and mountain views -- a true one-of-a-kind Breck experience. Breathe in the fresh mountain air, while sipping on a cup of hot cocoa on the outdoor lounge seating for 2. For a night of rest, head up the spiral staircase to the loft area, where you will see an open concept bedroom with a lovely queen-size bed. Snuggle up and relax next to each other, as you prepare and recharge for another day of fun activities and entertainment. On this floor, there is a spacious closet with sliding mirror doors, a flat-screen TV, and a full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
There are also plenty of things to do in the complex with a shared outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, community fitness center, and an outdoor pool available during your stay. There is also a shared laundry room in the complex for your washing needs.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, a private balcony, a shared outdoor and indoor hot tub, fitness center, outdoor pool, and a community laundry area. You will also have access to 1 parking space in the parking garage.
The Neighborhood:
This condo has an amazing location right in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Conveniently situated in the historic district, you are within walking distance of everything that Breck has to offer. Take a stroll and discover shops, restaurants, breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options all within a stone's throw away. Unlimited access to mountain adventures are all within a few minutes of this condo -- this stunning location ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips.
Getting Around:
From the lovely condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions and ski lifts in the area. The BreckConnect Gondola is within a 6-minute walk, a gateway to endless skiing options. Multiple bus routes are available and will take you to all of the main attractions in Summit County. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
The condo has an in-unit washer and dryer available for guests to use, which is located upstairs in the closet. Please note, there is also a shared laundry room in the complex.
KEYCARD & PARKING PASS:
Upon check-out, please message us and confirm that the parking pass was left in the kitchen and the keycards were put back in the lockbox. Unfortunately, we are charged for our parking pass, so there is a $50 fee for each one that is not returned.
Please make sure to return the key to the lockbox, if the keys are not returned to the lockbox at check out, it is a 50$ fee.
Front Desks are available for questions related to amenities and directions around the building. The front desk cannot help with check-in, check-out, maintenance, or cleaning-related issues.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
The outdoor pool and hot tub are available daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Guests have access to the indoor facilities, including a fitness center, pool, hot tub, and sauna, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
