Trendy lake house in a beautiful, quiet, family neighborhood with 4 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and their own private outdoor access leading to the large deck overlooking expansive views of Lake Hamilton. Large, fenced-in yard, with fire-pit, and plenty of outdoor seating under covered patio. Large 3 car garage, fully stocked kitchen, and strong wifi!

Both master bedrooms have TVS, as well as in the dining and living room areas. All of our TVS are smart TVs- we do not have cable, but TVs are capable of signing into any application service you may have with your own log-in credentials.

Answers to commonly asked questions:
- Firewood is provided.
-We have both an electric grill and gas grill. While we cannot monitor propane tank levels between guests, we are happy to reimburse cost of exchange of tank upon receipt. There is a store about a mile from us that provides this service.
-We offer a regular drip coffee maker in kitchen with starter coffee, and sugars. There is a Keurig available in 4th bedroom and provide k-cups.
-Size of futon sleeping dimensions: 73"LX44"W, weight limit 600lbs.
-We do not have any kayaks or water toys for use.
-Nearest boat launch is 1.3 miles from us at Treasure Isle.
-Nearest boat rental is at Paradise Cove Marina.

IMPORTANT:
*We are on a septic system so please be mindful of this.
*Lake Hamilton lowers water levels every year 3-6 feet November-March. During this time a boat will not be able to access our boat dock.

*We have exterior cameras located all around the perimeter of home for security during vacant times. They will be completely shut off during your stay!

Family getaway to the Lake

We had the best stay for our family getaway at this lake house. The fenced in backyard was a dream and the house was perfect. It has every amenity we needed and Sarah was an awesome host. If you are looking for a family friendly place, this one has our recommendation!

Amazing Home!

We had this trip planned for a while. Of course we didn’t know the weather would be horrible. But, having to be cooped up inside at this house was exceptional! The setup was perfect for us! We all were very impressed with location and the extra thoughtful goodies. The fur babies LOVED the back yard. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this home on the water. Very well equipped and super clean. Great outside space with a fenced yard and dock. The owner is outstanding with communication and quick to respond. We HIGHLY recommend.

Perfect peaceful trip!

Our family of 8 loved our stay at this beautiful property! We stayed 4 nights over spring break and hope to stay again in the future! The house was clean and had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the layout was perfect for having room to spread out. We loved sitting on the patio during meals and gazing out at the peaceful lake. Our boys fished from the dock and hung out outside most of the time. We also spent time walking, hiking, and visiting downtown Hot Springs (less than 20 minutes away) to go in the shops and also bathe in one of the bath houses. Sarah was a great host—very friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property!

Two family stay

We stayed at this house with family friends and it was perfect! Everyone had their own space, there’s plenty of things to do. The adults relaxed and watched bald eagles fly over the lake while the kids ran around in the back yard, watched minnows in the water, and we had a fire and s’mores. Perfect weekend getaway. Will be going back when it’s warmer!

Peaceful Lake Hamilton getaway

We loved our stay at this house! It was clean and well furnished, with plenty of amenities for our family’s needs. There is a lot of room in the house itself if you have kids that need their own space at times, and the back yard is huge as well - perfect for letting our dogs run around and play. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful right on the water, with a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. We hope to come back soon!

Perfect Getaway

The owners of this property were the best hosts! Every little detail was taken care of. The decor is cute, the house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Each room had black out curtains which made relaxing and sleeping in all the better. The air had been bumped down prior to our arrival so we walked in to a cooled home. We had one minor hiccup in our stay and they got it taken care of quickly and were great at communicating. The location was great for a quick trip to downtown Hot Sorings but also had the feel of being secluded in nature! We would highly recommend this place for a getaway.

Beautiful View from the Desk & so cozy on the Inside!

We visit Hot Springs often, but this was our first stay at this home. We are already looking forward to returning! We loved absolutely loved everything about this place! Location was perfect, it was very clean and the decor was precious - The host had everything you could think of that you might need, even dog bowls and beds for our furbabies! The backyard is fenced and safe for our doddle. It was so cozy and had all of the amenities and extras a person could want/need. The check in was seamless. We have a family of 5 and had plenty of room for family games. The views from the deck was Beautiful!! We rented a party barge from HS Marina and the drive on the lake was only 20 min from the house. We had the BEST time! TOP NOTCH host. Thank you for sharing your home Sarah!

Perfect for our family vacation!

Loved everything about the house and its location on Lake Hamilton! Picked this house for our family vacation including our 3 adult kids, 2 grandsons, a significant other, and our dog. The bedrooms all opening onto the deck was a definite plus, as was the covered patio area! Sitting on the couch outside looking at the lake was a perfect way to start the day. Our dog loved the backyard and retrieving his duck toy from the lake!

Pops' Birthday

There were four large bedrooms, each with access to the deck overlooking the beautiful backyard and water. Our stay was less than 48 hours, but we could have easily stayed for a week and taken advantage of the plentiful pots, pans, dishes, and utensils (better stocked than typical). The fenced backyard with many trees was perfect for our dogs.

THE BEST!

Our group of friends travel a lot together and we all agree this was one of the best places to stay in. Property is on the lake, beautiful and spacious. Each couple had their own room with access to the back deck. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were amazing! The kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked. Sarah was excellent to respond back to us if we had a question we would love to come back and stay longer if we ever get a chance.

Perfect Easter Weekend

We absolutely loved this property. It was very well stocked and had a fantastic location on the lake. We were looking for a place to just get away for the weekend and this fit the bill perfectly. The only sounds in the morning were the ducks and birds, perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a cup of coffee. The beds were comfy and the entire place had a very homey feel. It was also very clean, the kitchen had all the things we needed, and the bathrooms even had full soap and shampoos. They even had a dog bowl, bed, and dog blanket for our fur babies! Our dogs absolutely loved the large backyard and watching the ducks fly. Can’t recommend this one enough and we are already planning a couples weekend with friends here!

Best Home we've stayed at

This house has everything - very well equipped and lots of "extras" from the host. We stayed over Christmas and were surprised by the special holiday decorating and personalized touches. We felt like friends, coming for a stay! The house is spacious, yet cozy. The backyard and lake view are wonderful. Can see the lake from every bedroom and dining room. We plan to return!

Excellent place

The property owner Sarah was very nice and accommodating, the house was in great shape and clean. Plenty of space for the entire 8 people. We are looking forward to booking it again. The back yard was perfect for the dog and the dogs were great for fishing and just sitting looking at the water.

Family vacation

What a wonderful time our family had in this lovely home. Our group ranged in age from 23 months to 71. The fenced back yard was perfect for keeping the little ones safe plus the water was easily accessible. The home had everything we needed and the host responded in a timely manner to any questions. When we arrived back home, we realized we had left an item behind. The host found it and will be mailing it to us. We highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Wonderful Stay!

Very clean, well-kept home and property. Beautiful grounds and amazing view. Kids never once said they were bored, so much see and do. Close enough to downtown, yet far enough away to relax and enjoy. Nice touches too - soap, shampoo, clean white towels, dog treats, well-appointed kitchen, smartly furnished and didn't have to hunt for TP or paper towels. A lot of care went into ensuring visitors would enjoy themselves here

Absolutely perfect!

We have stayed in many VRBO properties, at Lake Hamilton and elsewhere. This is by far the best location and home we have stayed at. The owner, Sarah, was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The home was immaculate, the property was beautiful, and is on an ideal location on the lake for boating or just enjoying the view. The 4 bedrooms in the house are all large and have great views, and the bedding was clean and very comfortable. Our pups loved both the indoors and outdoors, and having a fully fenced yard in back made easy to relax for everyone. The covered dock was perfect for our boat and it is an easy, level walk down to load and unload from the house. The back deck was definitely a huge plus, and we spent much of our time enjoying the view from there. Finally, if you enjoy cooking while on vacation like we do, the kitchen was amazing, with all the necessities provided, and modem high quality appliances. This home has all the small details that make a vacation a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely fabulous.

Well appointed completely remodeled older home on the lake. Well supplied and lots of storage in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Every bedroom has a door to the outdoor deck. A mother in laws suite was perfect for our teens. Mini kitchen with fridge and living room. The only change I would make is to have a larger rectangular bbq grill. The grill is small and round and perfect for 2-3 people, but not cooking for a larger group.
