4304 Windsor Court North is a one bedroom, two bathroom villa in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes area on Hilton Head Island. This villa can accommodate 4 guests and offers wonderful ocean views.

There are beige tiled floors throughout the main living area and the bedroom is carpeted. Immediately to the left of the entrance is a bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. To the right of the door is the fully equipped kitchen with two bar stools at the breakfast bar. This is a wonderful place to cook up a great meal for everyone and still look out and see the ocean just beyond you. Behind the kitchen closet door is a stackable washer and dryer.

Straight ahead is the dining area with a glass table that seats four surrounded by mirrored walls. In the living room you have a queen sleeper sofa, love seat and accent chair. There is a 38” Roku TV in the armoire as well as a DVD player, VHS, books and games. The sliding glass door opens to a covered balcony that has a table and three chairs and overlooks the community pool and looks out to the ocean.

The master bedroom features a king size canopy bed and 32” TV. The large sliding doors lead out to the balcony where you can enjoy the ocean breeze. There is a large private bathroom with single vanity, a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The ultimate area in this villa is certainly the balcony. You will likely find yourself spending a lot of time, both morning and night enjoying the views, taking in the ocean breeze, and breathing in the salty air.

A great feature of staying at Windsor Court North is that you have access to the large pool, lounge chairs, kiddie pool, hot tub, playground, and grilling area. Most importantly, you have the boardwalk to the beach just steps from your condo to make going from beach to pool to condo to beach (or whatever order you choose), easy as can be!
