Unsere 2.200 Quadratmeter große Haus wartet auf Sie zu genießen! Wir haben kürzlich Böden, Teppich und Wohnzimmermöbel aktualisiert. Wir sind zentral von Paulina Pool, Tennisplätze und Bach und Big Meadow # 13 Green. Wir sind auf einer privaten Cul-de-sac, die sicher und ruhig ist. Wir sind eine kurze Radtour oder einen Spaziergang durch die Wiese, wo man die Pferde zu füttern und genießen Sie die spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Glaze Meadow Einrichtungen und Spa liegt nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Sie können auch zu Hause und BBQ zu bleiben, während Sie den Blick auf Black Butte von der großen Terrasse. Im Winter genießen Sie ein gemütliches Feuer, während Sie den Schnee fallen aus den großen Fenstern zu beobachten oder mit dem Auto 12 Minuten, um Ski, Snowboard oder Schlitten.

Unser Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Loft. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über einen großen, privaten Master Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Plasma-TV und neu renovierte Badezimmer. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Loft mit vier Einzelbetten. Im Erdgeschoss haben wir zwei Schlafzimmer (beide mit Doppelbetten) und ein großes Badezimmer mit Jacuzzi-Wanne. Unsere Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben einen großen Esstisch und eine Küchenecke, die sich ideal für Familienessen oder zum Spielen eignen. Unser Familienzimmer ist gemütlich (aber groß genug für die ganze Gruppe) mit einem 55-Zoll-High-Definition-4K-TV, Holzofen, und viele Orte in kuscheln und einen Film oder ein Sportereignis zu beobachten.

Best Deal on Ranch!

This may genuinely be the best deal on the Ranch, as the title suggests. The place was clean, the woodshed was stocked with well-seasoned firewood, making fire starting a breeze, and we had every appliance we needed, even a hand mixture for mashed potatoes. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful Home

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our whole family and had a great time. What a terrific home and in a great location. Close to paths for dogs and kids to walk, and an easy drive to the lodge or to the rec center. The home is comfortable, very well stocked, and was just the right size for our group of 6 adults, 1 teen, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs.

Home near Paulina pool

Perfect for our family of 10, kids, parents, and grandparents. Close to pool and tennis, so kids could be independent. Large deck for all of our dinners and gathering during warm week in August. Comfortable, relaxed at-home feel, big, well-appointed kitchen with large island. Good showers. Well-stocked with bikes tho we had our own so didn’t use them. It was a perfect venue for celebrating an 80th birthday!

Peaceful and relaxing

We will be back! The kitchen, deck and big screen tv were our favorite features. The only negatives are lack of hand railing for the stairs from master bedroom to downstairs and the master bathroom toilet is so low it seems like it is made for small children. Otherwise this house is a 10!

Great place for grandparents & family, Great location

Very comfortable house with plenty of space for indoor family activities, and great sleeping arrangements for kids. You really do provide everything that we might need in the kitchen. Really like the split heating system with separate temperature and fan controls in different rooms. Great location with pool, tennis court and beautiful Paulina Springs natural area close by. Great opportunity to share nearby Nature Heritage trails with kids.

Liked the central location, but would've liked a bit more privacy. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and nice, but the carpet should be pulled or replaced. It felt very dirty. The description says it sleeps 10. We found 10 people to be very crowded. We were super happy to see all the bikes, towels and full kitchen. Thank you

Great Black Butte home!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Rob and Katie's lovely place in Black Butte. We found the home to be clean, spacious, and comfortable. The large kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated. We loved spending time on the large deck with comfortable seating. It was a quick walk to Paulina Springs and pool. Our 4 year old grandson especially enjoyed our walks to see the horses in Big Meadow. Having the bicycles available for us to use was a bonus. We would definitely recommend Rob and Katie's place!

Wonderful family home!

We stayed over Christmas with my parents, 2 siblings and my 4 kids. The house was perfect for a group of this size. The kitchen had everything we could have hoped for and the home was very comfortable. Plenty of room for family activity- puzzles, board games and relaxing. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home in great area!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Katie and Rob’s beautiful home! Their recent remodel created a comfortable but cozy atmosphere that allowed us to host a dinner for 12 utilizing the gorgeous huge new island. The kids had a ball riding the house bikes scooters, etc. In the quiet cul-de-sac and the Glaze Meadow pool and walking paths were just minutes away! Perfect location! Happy wooded home

We've been renting at BBR for decades and this house had the best stocked kitchen, kitchen supplies and kitchen storage (extra frigs in garage) of all! Furthermore, we really appreciated the the fleet of bikes, fans for all the rooms, and the large deck which accommodated our extended family . Our family of 5 (two parents, three young adults) was quite comfortable, with some of us working each day and others riding to the pools and pickle courts. We thought this was a great house. THANKS!

Great house set-up and location

We had a great 2 week visit to Black Butte! The house location was ideal for us: quiet and close to Paulina Pool and bike trails. The house set-up was good for our group, as well. Enough space for everyone to have their own room and bed, and spread out as desired. We spent most of our time at the house on the porch, which was easy to block off for the dog, and lots of comfortable furniture. The beds and linens were comfortable. Enough bikes to choose from for our family of 4, but some work better than others. If you are picky about your bikes, you may want to bring your own. We had a few issues with the house during our stay, which weren't ideal, but the owners were very responsive, helpful and apologetic.

My ladies hiking group stayed at Golf Home 280 for two nights in Sept. while hiking in Central OR. Very nice, comfortable property. Only a few housekeeping drawbacks which I will discuss with owner.

Great Way to End The Summer

We were fortunate to find this property still available for Labor Day weekend and booked it only a couple months ahead of the trip. We arrived to find a nice, clean house with a beautiful new deck. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of plates, silverware, and pots/pans. Our children each brought friends with them so it was great to have such a nice selection of games, tennis rackets, and the foosball table. The upstairs loft & bedroom provided plenty of room for the 6 boys and the downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the rest of our group. Since my wife and I both suffer from significant pet allergies, we were a little concerned about the "pet-friendly" designation however we didn't experience any allergy issues at all. (I wish that was the case in every "pet friendly" accommodation) The proximity to the Paulina Pool was a nice change and afforded easier bike access to Lakeside & the rec center. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to this cabin again next time we visit Black Butte. Thank you!
