Unique, modern beachfront guest house-sits on a MULTI million $ property. Blend of Frank Lloyd Wright & Luis Barragan design. Located on Tampa Bay btwn Sarasota and Tampa/St Pete. Surrounded by palm trees, mangroves, birds chirping, dolphins, manatees, waves gently lapping and breezes. Sand from door to private beach. Fresh sheets, outdoor shower, small fridge, microwave, broiler and air fryer, hammock, fire pit, aircondioner, heat, updated and renovated bathroom. indoor and outdoor seating areas. Kayaks (2 10') and paddle board available. Continental breakfast with coffee, popcorn, welcome waters, Purified water ice cubes. We are DOG FRIENDLY! and sanitized the room and all the bedding and towels.

The space
This is a guest house located on a secluded corner lot, which is on the same property as a multi million dollar one-of-a-kind architectural marvel. Canal on one side and Tampa Bay on the other. Sand as soon as you walk outside the house to the beach. You can see St Pete and Tampa, not to mention over 60 palm trees and mangroves on the property. This guest house is unique and one of a kind, super quiet, serene, and immaculate! One cool feature is the outdoor shower that was recently renovated! Double boat dock with benches. Also a Deep Glow light to see the underwater fish at night. You can see dolphins, fish, manta rays, and sometime a manatee! Outdoor seating at beach, in screen room and outdoor chairs with smoking area.

Can't stop talking about this house!

I only wish we could have stayed longer! If we could do it over, we wouldn't have left the house. This property has so much to do but sitting on the dock with my love and a glass (or 3) of wine was exactly where i wanted to be. Dolphin sightings multiple times a day and the sheer kindness of the owners makes this plane extra special. As the days went by, we found ourselves more intreagued by the architecture and all the special features revealed themselves as time went on. We will definitely return and this was by far the most unique and most wonderful property we have ever had the privilege to occupy. Even if it wasn't near long enough. Book it!

Great getaway

Everything you need to relax and enjoy Florida at your fingertips! Kayaked often, dolphins swam with us twice. Amazing scenery and wildlife to view. Good fishing at high tide while kayaking and off dock. Enjoyed the hammock. Actually enjoyed the outdoor shower. Kinda like Glamping.

Perfect

Extremely clean, quiet and beautiful vacation rental. Property owners were respectful of our privacy while making themselves readily available for any questions. Our favorite thing about this property had to be the private boat dock that we spent every evening on fishing and watching the manatees. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay close to the water.

Great Get Away!

This is exactly what my spouse and I were looking for. The Glass House was clean and cozy. Our hosts were thoughtful and they provided amenities to make our stay just right! The variety of wildlife and the beautiful views in this tranquil setting were amazing! I highly recommend staying at the Glass House.

perfect retreat

perfect paradise getaway. my husband and i just relaxed and watched the dolphins and floated on the bay. it was so wonderful. our golden was in heaven he sat on the sand and never wanted to leave. the place was close to st pete and we went to town for dinner and exploring. we had a wonderful few days

Lovely couple’s only waterfront retreat

We had a wonderful, relaxing week celebrating our 20th anniversary. The boathouse is so unique and adorable. Waking up to seeing the water everyday was so relaxing. Jenn & Mark were the best hosts. And our Goldens were welcome which is a big thing for us, it is difficult to find accommodations with big dogs. All & all the place couldn’t have been more perfect.

We love to share our property! Blessed We love share our beach, the property, the views and all of it. We dig doggies and have fun kayaking and paddleboading.
We live on the property and rent out of Unique guest house, There is only 1 of these in the world. 33 + outdoor uplights, on the palm trees makes it look like resort.

Gorgeous hammock to catch some rays or see a full moon! Wildlife like dolphins gecko's and birdies! its a little remote so private and peaceful time is a bonus!
