The Menauton gîte is an independent house entirely fitted out on the ground floor, which can accommodate you all year round. You will benefit from a living room with kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, combined oven, 2 induction hobs, microwave, washing machine, a dining area and lounge area with television and comfortable sofa bed (140 cm bed), a separate bedroom (1 140 cm bed), a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet. You will enjoy the pleasant open-covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and hammock for moments of rest in the shade of the plane trees. The cottage is located on the owners' enclosed common land, approximately 0.5 hectares with a shared entrance gate with beep. You can enjoy the sheep, on the owners' garden side.
