With 1,702 square feet of sunny living space, this comfortably furnished 3BR/3BA home features a private deck and backyard, a great room with cathedral ceilings, and a quiet locale close to the beach and the Nantucket ferry. Two living rooms offer your group plenty of space, and a wheelchair-accessible ramp and master suite add convenience.

LIVING AREAS

An open-concept living room sets the scene for curling up with a new book or magazine. Settle into the sectional sofa or the armchair. A 48” TV invites evening movie screenings.

Cathedral ceilings soar in the window-lined great room. Gather together on one of two sofas or an oversized armchair a sofa and love seat while your favorite shows play on the 48” flatscreen with Apple TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Channel your inner chef in a roomy kitchen stocked with all the appliances (including a toaster and coffee maker), cookware, and gadgets your next culinary endeavor requires. A serving counter conveniently opens to the dining area.

Four can enjoy morning coffee and the paper at the kitchen bar.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story home sleeps up to seven guests in three serene bedrooms.

On the main floor, the master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the back deck. The en-suite master bathroom is entirely wheelchair-accessible with an open-concept shower.

Downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third has a queen-size bed, a twin daybed, and handsome desk. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible via the hallway.

Another bathroom on the main floor has a lovely soaking tub.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step outside to the deck for alfresco meals and cookouts. There’s plenty of bench seating around a large table.

A stone patio in the yard offers more space to enjoy the fresh air. An expanse of lush lawn invites afternoon picnics in the sunshine, while a natural gas fire pit offers the perfect spot to unwind in the evening.

THE LOCATION

Close to Harwich Port restaurants and shops and 1.4 miles from Bank Street Beach, your rental is perfectly positioned for exploring many Cape Cod highlights. Head to the Old Colony Rail Trail in 1 mile, then pedal on to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a picturesque paved pathway that spans over 20 miles.

Sundae School Ice Cream is a local favorite for cones and sweet treats in 3.4 miles. Stop in after an inventive seafood dinner at The Port 1 mile from home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
