Dieses Ferienhaus Pool-Haus befindet sich auf einem grünen 5-Morgen-Zustand durch pastorale Ansichten umgeben ist. Diese zweite Geschichte Hütte mit Blick auf den 24 von 48 Fuß moderner Salz-Pool, Kinderbecken und Wellnessbereich und verfügt über eine volle Länge sonnigen Terrasse im zweiten Stock und eine tief schattigen Pavillon mit bequemen gepolsterten Gartenmöbeln auf Pool-Ebene. Der Pavillon ist mit mit Grillplatz, einer großzügigen Außen Kamin und eine zweite nach unten, außen zugänglichen Pool Bad und Dusche.

Das Poolhaus ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Plüsch-Königin Matratze mit Kissen, Daunenkissen und ägyptischer Baumwolle hoher Fadenzahl Bettwäsche. Ein Schlafsofa bietet zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten für insgesamt bis zu vier Erwachsene.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein angrenzendes alle Fliesen Badezimmer mit einer großen doppelköpfigen Dusche, Granit, und extra große Kapazität Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das moderne Küchenzeile hat Gefrierfach ein großer Bauernhof Art Schürze vorne Waschbecken, Konvektion Mikrowelle, Fagor Doppelbrenner Induktions-Kochfeld, neue Sur La Table Tri Ply Edelstahl Kochgeschirr, einen schönen Satz von Porzellangeschirr, Doppelschublade Fisher-Peykel Spülmaschine, Doppel-Schublade Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, großzügigen weißen Schränken, Travertin Aufkantung und Granit-Arbeitsplatte, die alle in neutralen Farben, die alte Welt Look zu vervollständigen.

Das Wohnzimmer, mit dunkel gefärbten Hand behauenen Balken, Walnuss gefärbt echten Holzboden ist umgeben von Windows, die den Pool und die umliegende Landschaft übersehen. Wohnzimmersitz umfasst ein Sofa, Zweisitzer und zwei Ohrensessel durch den zweiten Kamin zum Entspannen, Lesen oder sogar die 42 "Flachbild-Satelliten-Fernsehen. Deckenventilatoren gesamten sowie Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage. Couches kann für zusätzlichen Schlafraum für die Kleinen eingesetzt werden.

Poolhaus mit Blick auf einen 50-Fuß-grasbewachsenen Fahrerlager zur Verfügung, um Leute, die die vielen Langstreckenwegen zu fahren kommen. Überprüfen Sie auf dem Pferd vom Deck so oft wie gewünscht.

Poolhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, mit Ausnahme einer Frist von fünf Tage im Voraus und und gegen Zahlung einer zusätzlichen Gebühr für die 500 Liter Propan erforderlich, um es zu erhitzen. Haustiere müssen auf einem Einzelfall entschieden werden.

Perfect Stay

This could not have been a better stay. The pool house and surrounds are just beautiful. The cottage is so lovely, built with beautiful cabinets and lots of light. It is well-furnished, and includes a kitchen that holds everything that we needed to cook several meals there. Our hosts were very responsive, and clearly wanted to make our stay as positive as possible. We felt so well taken care of! My husband and I felt so appreciative to spend our weekend in such comfort and beauty. We will return!

Great place, great hosts

Jeanne and Bob were exceptional hosts. We had a problem with VRBO not showing our reservation, the hosts were great about communicating with us. The property is thoughtfully put together and well-appointed (we've stayed at places where basics like handsoap, trashbags, toilet paper, etc. weren't stocked...not the case here!). The property is easy to get to, but you really feel like you're off the beaten path and many of the amenities make it feel like a luxurious space. Well-worth a weekend getaway!

A quiet, private spot with beautiful farm views, within minutes of downtown Auburn and all the area has to offer. Perfect place to wind down, and have a soak in the hot tub after a day exploring the areas many trails. Highly recommend!

Dream Getaway

This property has just about everything I’d want in my dream house: beautiful landscaping, pool, hot tub, outdoor living area, outdoor entertaining area, garden, fountains, fire pit, volleyball, basketball, and beautiful interiors. The host was on site, readily available to meet needs, but also invisible. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. Note, there are lots of stairs. My sister had some trouble with climbing stairs so was a little inconvenient for her. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Excellent Value, Lovely Setting

The pool is fantastic and the gardens surrounding the home add color and atmosphere. There were fresh flower in every room upon arrival. The hosts were not hovering, but available for advice and requests. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Casual Elegance

Our second stay here. We stayed as a home base for white water rafting with our two kids. Really wonderful. Kids loved the pool and all the amenities in the extreme heat of summer. We also took walks and played ping pong. We plan on coordinating with a second family to stay here again next year. We would stay in the pool house and the second family would stay in the carriage house.

Made our trip!

Thank you for renting us the amazing pool cottage! We truly could not have picked a better place to stay with our little dog and two year old son. There were so many amenities that you provided that I cannot begin to say how much I appreciated, but to name a few the pools, trampoline, ping pong table, and sand volleyball cart...We were in heaven! Everything was perfect and we look forward to our next visit! Your family is amazing and it was great to meet you!

Our stay at the cottage

Found the property easily and was very close to several interesting activities and dining. The photos shown could never reflect the overall effect of how beautiful this place was, but they are well done. The property was exceptionally clean and exceded our expectations. Bob and Jeanne were extremely gracious and very personable people as was their family. We would highly recommend this property as it was very pleasureable and relaxing trip for us. It was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. We have plans to return soon. Our favorite resturant was Bootlegers. Thanks again to the Vaughan family for their warm welcome.

We stayed for two nights in mid-September. The cottage is by far the nicest place we have rented in the Bay Area. It is decorated in a Ralph Lauren/Pottery Barn/Ethan Allen style and every possible need seems to have been considered. The cottage was spotlessly clean. The pool, surrounding grounds, and distant pastures are lovely. I waited awhile to write my review because I wanted to see if my opinion would change after leaving. Not a chance. I adore the cottage and wish I lived there. We are plotting our return and our dog still cherishes his swim across your pool. Thank you for sharing your bucolic paradise with us.

I've stayed at various B&B's and VRBO rentals, but this is the best experience so far. We decided to go to Auburn since my kids are not into skiing, but want to play in the snow. We thought we don't have to deal with crowd in Tahoe area by staying here. First of all, we achieve that, mostly by staying at pool house, I think. The pictures on the web sites are nice, but even better in person. What's more amazing is how wonderful Bob and Jeanne are. They are such great hosts that I decided to leave a review, after all. In one sentence, I'll put it this way. Expect the best - you will still be surprised~

Little slice of Heaven

This is a wonderful get away or place to land while exploring Auburn and surrounding areas. Upon walking in the gated area, you will be swept away with the view of the stunning pool with the Cottage behind it. So European! Gardens full of aromas throughout the day and evening, birdsong. The Cottage is charming…feels perfectly French in every way…I loved the refer/freezer combo and the induction stove. Very comfortable bed and furniture. It is light and bright with windows everywhere and blinds when you need them. Completely private, there are places to entertain (I hosted a luncheon for 3 birthday friends catered by a nearby Chef). It was perfect. The pool. It is delightful with an old-school diving board and it’s deep! Perfect for those who love to tread water as I do. I do not have one complaint. The hosts generously shared their farm fresh eggs and a lovely bottle of red was waiting on the table. How much did I love this Cottage full of charm? I booked it again for 10 days next month! Thank you, Hosts…your Auburn Cottage Pool House is a little slice of Heaven!

Stay here if you can!

I rented the Cottage Pool House for several partial-weeks-in-a-row this Fall while I attended a nearby garden design school. My mom came with me to watch my two year old while I was in class. They had fabulous days visiting with the friendly collies, horses, chickens and piglets that my daughter never wanted to leave. The pool house itself was perfect. Beautifully decorated and really, really well thought out. Bob and Jeanne and their son Walter couldn't have been nicer or more considerate. We looked forward to the great bottle of wine upon our arrival every Sunday and all the fancy soaps and details. The bed and linens were so comfortable that I'm now buying the same bed for my home with the exact same sheets. You should have seen my daughter's face light up when she was plunked down on the fluffy pillows. She just loved it. Everything we needed was there including great toys and kids books in the drawers. The kitchen worked really nicely for us and the living room was a great size. I could spread out and do my drafting homework and there was still room for my mom and daughter to hang out. The view from the bedroom window at sunset was something else. The fans over head, lovely. My husband, who had to stay home and work, got down-right tired of hearing about how nice it was up there when we'd come home between weeks! I'd recommend to anyone - and have. Stay there if you have any reason at all to be in the Auburn area. Great place.

My wife and kids and I ha...

My wife and kids and I have made multiple trips to Auburn to visit family over the years. We are always disappointed with the lack of nice accommodations in the area. Our problem has been solved. We went searching for vacation rentals and/or B&Bs in the area, and Voila. The outdoor area is wonderful: the pool is larger than life, while the hot-tub is nestled close to the bungalow and patio/BBQ area for a perfect 'play in the day', 'relax in the evening' experience. The bungalow itself is like a small, high-end apartment - perfectly equipped, very clean, very comfortable. And yes, plasma TV and Wireless Internet. The hosts were gracious and eager to make our experience flawless. I asked where the nearest Starbucks was located, and within 30 minutes we had freshly ground coffee and a french press in the kitchenette. While the area is packed with things to do (rafting, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, biking, iron-man racing if you like), the historical significance of Placer County is unmatched - this area is the focal point of the 1849 Gold Rush - my wife and I spend many hours visiting Old Town Auburn and the surrounding gold country. Clearly the owners (Robert and Jeanne) are in it for their passion to provide a perfect vacation experience and NOT to make money on this property - they can't be. Before we left, my brother, who lives locally, said he will rent this property for a quick weekend getaway for he and his wife - especially for the pool and barbecue area. My family and I will be back whenever we visit the area - there is no place of better value and stress-free demeanor in the area.

Beautiful space, but not for more than 2 adults

Beautiful coach pool house with views of the pool, citrus trees, neighboring farms and animals! Our dates were impacted by the Southwest Airlines fiasco & Bob & Jean we’re flexible with us about the date change. The space is nicely decorated and comfortable. The living room doubles as the 2nd bedroom and adults should know that the sofa couch mattress was not comfortable, you could feel every bar and spring. It wasn’t improved much by just moving the mattress to the floor. Also, if you intended to have kids sleep on the sofa couch alllll of the beautiful windows do not have blinds and the room is bright as soon as the sun comes up. The kitchen is truly a kitchenette- only two burners, no oven, fridge & freezer are small. We appreciated the local bottle of wine & eggs provided when we arrived. The pool area & outdoor living room are beautiful & the added pool full-bathroom is genius. We were intrigued to see a fun pizza oven! Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the hot tub as we had hoped, as the “atmospheric river” messed with the heating unit. It was a big bummer and Bob & Jean were very apologetic about it. Designed parking was easy to use & nicely paved. The road/driveway to the house is very bumpy and full of potholes and very SHARP speed bumps. Our small car bottomed out each time we went over them. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place, hopefully we can come back and fully utilize all of the bonus features of the property!
