Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cruz'n get away

Location was good. Beautiful view of ocean. Was able to sit outside on the eighth floor and still enjoy watching the cars go by. Only complaints would be the "cruizin" traffic all night. It seemed to flow nicely into the bedroom..but..hey.. that's why we came. The air conditioning helped drown some of it out. If you're a light sleeper, not a good choice on any cruizin events. It was pricier than we usually spend for what it was. Would stay again especially if some of the extra fees could be cut. Very nicely decorated.

Relaxing stay

Location was good. View was great. Condo could use updating. Bedroom felt small because of too much furniture. Keurig coffee pot stopped working. Notified property management who said they would fix it, never showed up.

Lovely beach front condo

We really enjoyed our beach front rental. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. The view is amazing, we loved hanging on the deck. The TV could be a tad larger. The building's wifi is OK but it is free! Perfect size for a couple!

Amazing view

The main reason for renting place was the view and it lived up to the picture and was fantastic. Balcony was surprisingly warm in the 30's with the sun shining. Very 90's beachy decorated and includes a cassette player and tapes! A few things to note: -The picture where it looks like the bedroom overlooks the ocean is not quite accurate: it overlooks the bay and there are lots of buildings included in that view -The HVAC closet in in the bedroom for some reason and can be really noisy -It said there was WIFI but info to connect was not included (we didn't bother contacting Vacasa as we got enough signal from our phones).
