I welcome you in my beautiful apartment of 38 square meters, located on the 1st floor without elevator, that can accommodate up to 2 people. It is ideally located a few minutes walk from the BEACH.

The apartment is warm, you will not miss anything during your stay! It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room to relax after an intense day. The spiral staircase can be dangerous for children! They can fall easily because there is no child safety device! So you have to be careful.
You will have at your disposal: Television, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Oven
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You will be ideally located 2 minutes walk from the Bouillabaisse beach where you can make sand castles, swimming, fishing and water fights with your family.
You can also plan various activities such as boat trips at La Rose des Vents (17 min walk), parasailing and paragliding at Marine Air Sport (19 min walk).
