With two balconies where you can breathe in the fresh ocean air, Sea Terrace 809 is an Ocean City escape you won't soon forget. The south balcony enjoys a view of the pool deck, the ocean, and points south of the Route 90 bridge; the north balcony faces nightly sunsets over Assawoman Bay and points north.
Step inside this corner condo to find a number of updates completed in 2020, including new carpeting in the living room, den, and bedrooms. Enjoy central air conditioning, a 50-inch Smart TV and DVD player in the living area, a 32-inch flatscreen in the primary bedroom, and a TV with a DVD player in the guest room. Additional comforts include free WiFi, a well-appointed kitchen, and a private washer/dryer.
The Sea Terrace is a uniquely designed, oceanfront building in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include a beachfront swimming pool (heated to 85 degrees), a sundeck, deck tennis, and direct access to the golden sand beach out back. Coastal Highway - the main thoroughfare that runs north to south through Ocean City and is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, nightlife, shops, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment - is less than a block west. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is two miles north while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk awaits just over four miles south.

Sea Terrace is a non-smoking property, including in all common areas, the parking lot, the pool and sundeck, and all balconies
A $10.00 per night cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at Sea Terrace. This covers parking for one vehicle. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
