The condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom features a king size bed while the guest suite offers 2 queen size beds. The sofa in the living room is a queen size pull out, therefore the condo will sleep 8 people comfortably.

This condo has been recently upgraded with a completely open floor plan. Sit on any of the 3 private balconies and enjoy the beautiful morning sunrise or just watch the waves roll on to the shore.

There are walking trails, biking trails, and boardwalk connections to other resort properties within Kingston Plantation featuring nature exploration. Spa 33, within the Kingston complex, is accepting bookings for massages, facials and other day spa luxuries. You will be close to many Myrtle Beach attractions such as the Alabama Theater and House of Blues along with the Arcadian Shores golf course which is known for its lavish fairways. monthly discounts (Oct - March). A $300 security hold is released 3 days after check out if no damage. Beach towels not provided.

RESTRICTIONS:

1. No smoking inside or on balconies. $200 cleaning fee if smoke has been detected

2. No Partying. $200 cleaning fee and additional $50 fee if security is called

3. No Pets. $200 fee if pets or pet remnants are found
