Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: - a living room (heated by a pellet stove (provided)), - a very well-equipped kitchen, - a small laundry room (shared with the other small 2-person cottage). By the wooden spiral staircase (a little steep) from the kitchen: - on the 1st floor, the Heol bedroom (1 double bed 160x200) and its bathroom with toilet, - on the 2nd floor, the Loar bedroom (1 double bed 160x200) and its bathroom with toilet. By the living room staircase, you will access the 1st floor where you will find: - the Armor family room, a duplex (1 double bed 160x200 and 3 single beds 90x190), its bathroom, and separate toilet, - Argoat family room, a duplex (1 double bed 160x200 and 3 single beds 90x190), its bathroom with toilet. Outdoors: Back: 600 m² lawned garden with relaxation areas. In front, the 40 m² courtyard serves as a private terrace and can also accommodate motorcycles and bicycles. Parking space in the 300 m² courtyard at the foot of the cottage. On a 5-hectare property, this beautiful building, adjoining unoccupied buildings, is imbued with character and a certain heritage (beams, stones, fireplace, plasterwork, etc.). It is truly a pleasant place to relax after a wonderful getaway with family or friends. Festive events are not permitted in this accommodation. On site, you can wander through the woods and its hillsides; Claire and Grégory will guide your steps. A Green Way runs close to the accommodation along the Rance between Dinard and Dinan. This way, you will be in the countryside, a few hundred meters from the Rance, and in the heart of the future regional natural park.
