If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjoining unit for additional space.
LIVING AREAS
With vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace, the living room invites you to relax after an exhilarating day on the slopes. Kick back on a leather sofa and two armchairs to watch a movie on the 40” flat screen TV.
A loft lounge area provides even more space to curl up with a good book.
KITCHEN & DINING
Fuel up for your mountain adventures in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all-black appliances and a double-basin sink. When it’s time to eat, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four, or gather at the dining table with seating for eight.
A bay window with a cozy seat offers a pleasant spot to sip coffee and enjoy views of Gore Creek.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. Three bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
The master bedroom features a king bed, 32” flat screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the views of Gore Creek from the private balcony. A dresser and two closets provide ample storage space.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. A second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, as well as a dresser and closet. A third bathroom has a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Listen to the soothing rush of the creek from the spacious private deck. Soak in the hot tub or barbeque burgers on the gas grill. A backyard patio offers an additional spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
EXTRA AMENITIES
Guest amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and cable. Parking for two cars is available in the driveway.
THE LOCATION
This property is only a 10-minute drive from Vail Village and the slopes, and a free shuttle picks up from a stop only a few houses down. Visit the Colorado Ski & Snowboard Museum, Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, or peruse a variety of boutique shops and galleries in Downtown Vail.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
