Spend your days playing in the waves and lounging in the sun at the private beach, a 2-minute walk from home. In the evenings, take a stroll to the local marketplace to keep the fun going with live music, mini-golf, and ice cream. Highlights include a modern kitchen, private patio, and peekaboo ocean views from the primary bedroom.

The inviting living area offers comfortable furnishings. Equipped with cable and a DVD player, the 32” flat-screen TV makes this the perfect space to enjoy a movie night. A convenient office nook includes a printer.

Stainless steel appliances and black marble countertops contrast stylishly with white wooden cabinets in the well-appointed kitchen. Put your favorite music on the stereo, relax, and prepare delicious meals. Then, gather around the dining table.

This two-story home sleeps four guests between two bedrooms. Rest soundly in the second-floor primary bedroom, which features a full-size bed and flat-screen TV with cable. Step out to the private balcony to sip coffee and enjoy the partial ocean views. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two twin-size beds and another private balcony. Between the two bedrooms, the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located on the first floor.

Host a barbecue on the patio, surrounded by a white picket fence. You'll find a gas grill, a table for alfresco dining, and Adirondack chairs.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and beach gear and toys.

Spend sun-kissed days at the private beach, less than 200 yards from your home! You’ll also be a pleasant half-mile stroll from the New Seabury Marketplace, which includes an array of restaurants, an ice cream shop, general store, pizza shop, mini golf, and fantastic local boutiques. Time your visit right and check out the free live music and family dances at the marketplace (which take place on weekend evenings in season). You’ll find upscale shopping at world-renowned Mashpee Commons -- a 10-minute drive away. For a fun day trip, take a ferry across the sound to explore Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
