Spanning 2,500 square feet across three levels, this luxury home has panoramic views of the beach and the shimmering Pacific from many vantage points - inside and out. The crown jewel, a third-floor rooftop deck, boasts a fireplace, lots of comfortable seating, and a hot tub. The third-floor game room, with mini kitchen, flows seamlessly into the rooftop deck with Catalina doors so you can move freely from inside to outside.
The first-floor beachfront patio is also a great place to rest, relax, and recharge. Watch people surf and swim right in front of you while unwinding, barbecuing, and dining alfresco during sunset. You also have views of Catalina Island and the shoreline from Newport Pier to Huntington Beach Pier.
The first floor sports a modern kitchen with a center island and everything you need to create your favorite recipes. Gather at the dining table for special meals. The adjacent living room features floor-to-ceiling access to the beautiful front patio, generous seating, and a large TV.
The second-floor primary bedroom has a beautiful view, a private balcony, a large TV, a fireplace, and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower and a double vanity. All beds and bathrooms are outfitted with premier linens for ultimate comfort.
Additional amenities include two-car garage parking, plus an additional space behind the garage, a washer/dryer, and air conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
