A large beach view patio is set up for al fresco dining with an outside table and seating for 6 and a barbecue - making this an ideal place for morning coffee, a casual lunch, or a sunset soaked dinner complete with mild ocean breezes. Enter this newly remodeled spacious downstairs unit and find yourself in a colorful beach chic great room with access to the outside patio. The living area of the great room sports a large, comfortable seating cluster, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV.


A modern kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks – add the food and have fun being together. An inside dining table for 4 is right next to the kitchen with an additional 4 bar stool seats for convenient cooking and dining experiences.


This home has a master Queen bedroom with a full en-suite walk in-bath and a large mirrored closet. The remaining two guest bedrooms offer a twin over queen bunk which includes its own flat screen TV and closet, and both share a hallway bath with a walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds – another 2 people can sleep on the queen pullout sofa bed. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, cable and WIFI, and 1 garage parking space.

-Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Best Location!
We absolutely loved this beach house. It was a few houses away from the beach so it was easy to run back to the house to grab towels or food for the kids. The rooms were large with plenty of place for the kids to lounge around. We loved the patio and the garage was big enough to hold beach toys and bikes.

Great Location Clean House But….
The location was amazing the house was very clean and had beach toys and chairs etc… But as the reviews talk about the upstairs being very loud it is honestly so loud you can hear them snoring. Also the parking was a nightmare we parked 2 days out of the 7 days. Other than that it was still clean and amazing location.

Location, Location, Location!!
This is a great rental in a perfect location just a couple of blocks from the beach. Condo is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Previous reviews mentioned the difficulty of parking in the small garage and noise from the condo upstairs. All very true - no worries if you have a small car. We stayed four nights and upstairs noise was only bad the first night. Not an issue at all after that. Proximity to the beach is wonderful and the condo has beach chairs and towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Weekend
The weekend was lovely - the house is absolutely gorgeous. So spacious and the beds are SO COMFORTABLE. There was only a few things that would have made it a little better. The parking situation was fine since it was off-season there was plenty of street parking. The one space in the garage, the neighboring house had a car parked in front of our garage the whole weekend which made parking extremely difficult. Also, if someone is renting the upstairs unit, you will hear every single step they make.

Great Property, Subpar Property Management
Future tenants should know: Property is two units (A and B) with one unit on the lower level and one on the upper level. Property details list washer and dryer and designated parking spot, but washer and dryer are shared in the garage with other tenant and parking spot is one of two in the shared garage which is a tight squeeze. Pros: *Spacious property *Comfortable beds and pillows *Updated interior *Excellent location (2 minute walk to sand) *Parking available (street parking but easy to find) *Well stocked home (kitchen/beach towels/bedding) Cons: *If in bottom unit, noise level from upstairs tenants is substantial. *No in-unit washer/dryer (shared) *Difficult and shared designated parking spot in garage. *Two units- close quarters with other tenant. *No clear instructions on how to enter property from property management “Vacasa”. (no email delivered day before- could not get in without reaching out to property management) *No locking front door. (Property management alerted immediately, but never arrived to property to fix digital door lock which resulted in an unsecured property and possessions for the entirety of the stay (4 days). Door locks from inside, but is easily unlocked from outside even after turning deadlock.) *Limited toiletries (One travel size shampoo and conditioner per bathroom)

Beautiful beach apartment
House has everything a group needs. My husband and I enjoy cooking and it had everything needed and then some. A few things need to be tended to like the couch must have had a larger person sitting in it before as one side wasn’t comfortable and same with bed. One side really bad. We just swapped and it worked out. The only real down side to this place is no matter how quiet the upstairs neighbors try to be you hear every single movement. I was not about to interrupt their vacation and ask them to tippy toe. I recommend only renting top floor. We won’t be back unless top floor is available. Host was super responsive too.

Five stars for being nicely updated, nicely decorated, light & bright and no carpet! Nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Loved the large patio. Plenty of towels, beach chairs and some beach toys provided. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Steps to the beach and a nice 1 mile walk to the pier. The negatives are if you have an upstairs renter, be prepared to hear their every move. There must be no insulation because it was extremely loud, constant furniture moving and even hearing their conversations daily. The garage is a decent size for beach house standards, but impossible to navigate when the upstairs tenant had a full size SUV and the neighbor across from the garage in the alley parks their car outside their garage. There will be no way for you to navigate your vehicle in and out. I couldn't get my vehicle out until the neighbor moved. I ended up parking on the street after that experience. An SUV up to 197" length will fit on the right side of garage. The house was overall very clean, although they could do better cleaning of the master shower, some mold and soap scum is showing. Also, when I stripped the bed sheets, I noticed the mattress cover had several stains. While these things are a turn off, overall the place is still really nice and I would stay there again. Vacasa is always quick to respond when I send a text.

Beach Beauty
House was awesome. Modern with all the amenities including cooler, beach chairs, beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with nice knives, silverware, spices, and glassware. The only small issue was not having a dresser in the main bedroom. It’s tough to live out of a suitcase on the ground all week. Other than that the house was great. Great front patio with bbq and sweet location. Would definitely rent again.

Great Stay
Location was perfect. Close proximity to the beach and really good restaurants. We have a family of 7 and stayed in the bottom floor of the duplex. The space was perfect to meet our needs and we were very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this space.

Enjoyed our stay
Some of the things that we liked about this property were the location, the comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. Communication with the property management was also great. The only thing we didn’t like is you can hear the upstairs guest and it is so very loud. I read other reviews that mentioned this and I thought it wouldn’t bother us but it is pretty bad. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless upstairs was empty.

Great location you are able to walk to store and restaurants. Beach is only a couple houses away. It was nice to have garage parking also, since that could be a little difficult in that area. Nice amount of towels for bathing and beach. It was quiet when we stayed since there was no renters upstairs so we slept good and had no issues with noise.

Choose wisely
If you rent the downstairs beware. You can hear everything from the upstairs. We had several adults, kids and dogs upstairs and there was not a second of quiet, even with radio and TVs radio on. Reached out to Vacasa several times for help…always a response but no real help. Apparently they don’t care how many people stay in the units once they have their money. Even if you have a small SUV you can’t park in the garage if the other renters park in there first.

Family vacation
The house was very clean, kitchen contained everything we needed, garage was full of beach chairs and umbrellas and location was perfect. There is no gate to enter the outdoor patio…you have to climb the wall or walk through the front door on the side of the house. The patio was spacious and awesome! Lots of room to sit outside at night and a gas grill. The 2 bunk beds were both broken and fairly uncomfortable. The pull out sofa couch was very comfortable. This property is under new management, Vacasa. We found them very difficult to get a hold of. The don’t have a local office so we found the communication to be challenging. The previous renters before us left fish in the refrigerator and it smelled awful! I realize it’s not Vacasa’s fault but it took several days for them to respond and address the smell by cleaning it.

The house was nice and property people responsive but upstairs family was incredibly noisy, dragging furniture across the floor, stomping around until late into the night. It happened every night and ruined our vacation. Don’t rent the bottom unless the top is vacant.
