Welcome to this recently remodeled home just one house from famous Newport Beach - a coveted location in a stellar beach community. Here you will easily be able to have an indoor/outdoor seaside interlude, Southern California style.
There is a nice back patio with a dining table and a barbecue, so meal-making is easy. Comfortable seating ensures you can rest and enjoy the beach vibe, a peek of an ocean view, and the ocean breezes after your daily adventures.
Enter this home and find yourself in a nicely appointed great room with slider access to the back patio. The great room has a large TV and comfortable seating from which to enjoy all the delights of the ocean.
An inside dining area is accompanied by a modernized kitchen with everything you need to create meals and snacks for all. A kitchen bar is a great perch for supervising or help out the cook(s). Just add the food and camaraderie and have fun. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby in the event you do not feel like cooking at all!

Things to Know
There will be construction nearby until mid-June 2024. Usual hours of intermittent construction are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with occasional weekday work until 6:30 p.m. Construction will not occur on weekends. Rates have been discounted by 10 percent for all booking stays between now and mid-June 2024 to compensate for any inconvenience.
Parking will not be available for this property between August 1 and September 10, 2024.

This home does not have air conditioning.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
