This incredible newly furnished home is perfectly located on the Newport Beach boardwalk, a short walk to the Newport Beach Pier, Blackie's Surf Spot, and a whole host of shops, restaurants, and parks.
As you enter through the front double doors, you'll find yourself in the spacious open living and dining area. Enjoy the ocean breeze, the incredible sunsets, and the people watching. The living room features a ceiling fan, large TV, and a breathtaking ocean view. There is ample seating between the dining area and the kitchen counter. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a glass-top stove to meet all of your culinary needs! A propane grill on the front porch allows you to enjoy the sea breezes while cooking for the family. There is even an air-conditioning unit on the kitchen window for your comfort.
Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The guest bedroom has a ceiling fan, large TV, and access to the full guest bathroom with a standalone shower. Down the hall is the primary bedroom with a king bed, a double sofa bed, a TV, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom, with dual sinks and a standalone shower. Back down the hall, you will see the washer/dryer.
Please note that another rental, Newport Beach Pier View II is located upstairs with a private rooftop deck and is also available to book.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
