This comfortable, beach chic 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 1-story home has a beachside patio where you can dine and barbecue outside, or enjoy some quiet time just the at the large expanse of sand and the shimmering Pacific before you. It is also a perfect place to watch the every-changing colors of our legendary sunsets.
The great room has a comfortable living room area with a large flat screen TV with free WIFI and cable. Right beside it is a dining area for 4-6, so everyone can eat together comfortably. A kitchen - complete with all modern appliances and amenities - is also part of the great room, so you can create meals and snacks any time.
There are 2 bedrooms in this home - the master with a queen bed and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable at all times. The 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds, so this home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 6. There is one modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Amenities include WIFI and cable, and 1 carport parking space - that is 8’4” x 22’.

It is a simple, clean, comfortable home easy beach and ocean access in one of the most coveted and beautiful areas of Southern California’s coastline.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home sleeps 4 in beds with a queen air bed for an additional 2 people.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Security camera details: Exterior cameras only. Two cameras pointed towards carport on either side. Two cameras in the alleyway pointed in both directions(this is where the entrance is as well). One camera pointed at the patio.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
