This spacious home has a large great room featuring a living room area with a large wall-mounted TV and a large comfortable seating cluster from which to enjoy it. There is also an inside dining table that seats everyone, which is right next to a beautiful modern kitchen sporting a kitchen bar with high-top tools. It is easy to satisfy your culinary desires here as it has all the appliances and amenities you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. Just add the food and have fun enjoying one another and this lovely vacation spot.
This home has four bedrooms - two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms - all of them spacious and very comfortable. Both bathrooms can be accessed from the long hallway and each has a large walk-in shower and vanity sinks. An additional queen sofa bed is also available for your comfort. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
