Welcome to our apartment!

Situated on the 3rd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 100m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for 6. You can also use the piano, but please be careful.

The apartment also features a dedicated workspace, ideal for those working remotely.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and dishwasher. You can also enjoy coffee at home and start your day on the right foot with a filter coffee maker or a Nespresso machine.

The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with a dressing area and direct access to the shower room. The two other rooms have double beds (140x200). For maximum comfort, the beds are complemented by complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. WCs are separated. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Montmartre district, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, is famous for its bohemian, artistic charm. Explore its steep, cobbled streets lined with quaint cafés, art stores and galleries. Visit the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, perched on the hill, for a panoramic view of the city. Discover iconic landmarks such as the Moulin Rouge and the famous Lapin Agile cabaret. Montmartre is a place steeped in history and creativity, where art, culture and gastronomy meet in an atmosphere unique to Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Pigalle (lines 2 and 12), is just a minute walk.

The metro station Abbesses (line 12) is 3 minutes away.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
