## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it comprises :
- two bedrooms with two double beds ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen;

You'll appreciate its practicality and calm.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Television, Washing machine, Iron, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is located :
- opposite the bicloo station (where you can rent one or more bikes) ;
- a stone's throw from a small “Intermarché” supermarket (behind the building);
- 300/400 m from a large Beaulieu shopping center;
- a 10-minute walk from the “H aréna” sports complex and Palais des Congrès;
- close to the Château des Ducs and Trentemoult village.
- 30-minute walk from the city center and Machines de l'Île.

Chantenay is accessible by boat from the end of the Machines de l'Île. Here you'll find an extraordinary garden with a children's water area (new in 2025).

Public transport is free at weekends. The busway runs behind the building and the streetcar at Vincent Gâche.
