Christmas in Florida

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Pretty easy walk to the beach. Easy to commute to places of interest and restaurants. Beautiful area and homes.

BEST STAY FOR US TO DATE!!

I want to first start out by saying Maria our host was nothing far from GREAT!! This was our first time using VRBO and staying at a home. We generally just book hotels. But we needed the space and comfort as our whole family went on this trip and we all wanted to be togther. Anyways, everything from the check-in process, to the communication with Maria our host, to the house itself was all EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT!! I cannot rave enough about the service and hospitality that we received from Maria. If I contacted her, she responded LITERALLY within 5 min or less. Anything we needed she was there right at our service. I could honestly right a college grade essay on our stay on how great it was but I will keep it minimal :). Just want to give a big thanks again to Maria for making our stay so pleasant and making everything so easy. We cannot wait to stay again in the future and recommend the "Paradise on the Gulf" to anyone who wants a getaway and feel like they are right at home and have great service from your host! PS: my mother-in-law was so appreciative that there was no TV in her bedroom because it made her feel like she was truly on vacation! Lol. She said THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! Thank you again Maria and God Bless!

House was ok., Need another bathroom for that many people, we run out of trash bag, We need more pan to cook with. I would like to had a TV in all bedrooms. Everyone doesn't watch same things. It was a great location , The owner was very nice. If I would go back I only take four people, went you trying to get shower and have dinner out we had wait over hour to get are turn in the bathroom.

Perfect location

Thank you Maria for letting me and my family enjoy your house. We had a wonderful time at Indian Rocks Beach. Thank you for always answering calls and messages. All of the beds were comfortable to sleep on. The best thing was that is really close to the beach. A five minute walk to the beach and restaurants. One of inconvenience at the house was the bathroom door, it didn’t have a lock. It would be nice to have a little privacy. I’m sure future guess would appreciate it. Other than that was very pleased our stay in you beautiful house. Thank you

Perfect for our needs

The location and house was perfect for us. We wanted a place to stay for a couple of days while our daughter and family visited. It was nice to be able to create some memories with our grandchildren on the beaches I grew ip on. I would definitely come back!

30th Birthday Celebration

We had a birthday getaway for my sisters 30th birthday and she chose Clearwater. We opted for this Indian Rocks Beach home about 15 mins south of Clearwater and we couldn’t have been more happy about it. Easy to get to and from Clearwater for our activities scheduled, steps away from the beach, family friendly and great space to gather after our days out and about. I would love to go back! Highly recommend!

Fantastic!

We had such a great time staying here. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room for a week long stay. The beach is a very short walk and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We plan on staying here again!

Great location

We loved the quick, easy walk to the beach with our 3 yr old twins and 10 year old. The place wasn’t as clean as it should have been, but when we mentioned the issue to our host they were accommodating and tried to rectify the issue immediately.

Accommodating & affordable

The house was very comfortable - we weren't there much except to sleep but we slept very good! Maria was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Will stay again if we ever make our way back to Indian Rocks.
