Well Equipped spacious gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, breakfast bar with seating for 2 people with additional seating in the dining area for 4 people.

This Stylish-Chic home is located just 14 minutes from Bryant Denney Stadium and The Quad. Perfect for campus visits, student orientation, move-in weekend, Bama Game Weekends, Corporate & Family Gatherings.

Well decorated 3-bedroom home featuring a spacious first-floor master bedroom with ceiling fan, 50 inch Smart TV, walk-in closet and master bathroom with full walk-in shower.

The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are on the second level of the home and features 2 Queen Beds, King Bed, 50 inch Smart TV & shared bathroom.

Enjoy the convenience of being right off of University Blvd, just minutes from shops, clubs and restaurants. This ultra modern home is the perfect place to stay attending events and activities at The University Of Alabama.

Convenience is key!

This home was clean, in a safe area and an easy drive into Tuscaloosa. Plenty of room for 2 families to share. Only request would be travel size soap in the showers and also the dish soap etc that were said to be there were not. Communication with owner was great!

Three of us stayed here while our girls were at volleyball camp at UA. Great house. Super clean.

Improvements Could Be Made

Overall our stay was fine, but there were definitely areas for improvement. The interior of the house needs a fresh coat of paint. The walls were very marked up giving the home a dirty appearance. Unfortunately several areas in the house were not well cleaned. I took pictures of substances caked on some of the walls and doors, very dirty floors and baseboards in the upstairs bathroom, spots on the sheets in the upstairs double bed room, dirty spots on the mattress in the upstairs king room, and several other areas that needed to be better cleaned. In two of the bedrooms the smoke detectors had been removed. This created an unsafe environment for my family, friends, and I. The grill was very dirty with grease. When we tried to use it, it caught on fire which was very scary for our family. Luckily the fire was put out quickly and no damage or harm was done. We had to rewash the towels and linens before using them. They smelled bad and we found stuff crusted on the blankets. There was also a lack of towels and bed linens. Luckily we brought our own blankets as well so we made due. The backdoor was very difficult to close. It took 3 of use to close it due to it not lining up properly with the frame. The blind on the front window was made a paper and very poor quality. I give this properly 3 stars because the area felt safe, the main area of the house (living/dining/kitchen) was clean, and we were able to wash the linens to make the acceptable to use.

Supporting The Tide

This was a great experience for us. The layout of the home was great and it was immaculately cleaned. We would definitely stay here again. It was easy to get to the stadium from here, and there are Target, Winn Dixie, and restaurants very close. The only suggestion I have would be to have more coffee mugs and some mixing bowls. Would most certainly recommend.

Great stay!

Just down the road from the campus and stores. Great local restaurants in downtown Tuscaloosa which is about a 10 min drive. Very clean, comfortable beds, and the owner was quick to respond to emails. It worked really well for being our base for dropping our daughter off at the university. We will look to book there again in the future.

Everything about this experience was perfect! The house was spotless and exactly as advertised. Nikki was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. When we come back to Tuscaloosa we will be staying here again!!
