You can practice a multitude of activities according to your desires, swimming, fishing on foot, water sports, kayaking, windsurfing, paragliding, without forgetting for lovers of hiking or cycling, the many trails to criss-cross (nearly 50 km of marked trails on the coast side and on the wood side).
