Located on the 5th floor without elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a functional bathroom ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- living room with sofa bed.
You'll appreciate its practicality and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is close to subway stops line 2 (Alexandre Dumas) and line 3 (Gambetta).
There's a “Franprix” supermarket 300 m from the building for your everyday needs.
The neighborhood is also well served by public transport.
