The sofa easily converts to a comfortable bed for 2 people. Just pull the black-out curtains and the living room turns into a bedroom. The separate bedroom has a QUEEN SIZE bed with a comfortable mattress and hotel-quality linens & towels. The bathroom comes with a separate shower as well as a jacuzzi/bath. Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, welcome pack, and more are provided.

Guests will have full access to the facilities within the residence including Wi-Fi, gym and swimming pool.

One of the most exclusive neighborhoods, Dubai Marina is set on a 2 mile stretch of pristine sand facing the Arabian Gulf waters. As gleaming yachts bob gently and towering skyscrapers glitter in the desert sun, locals and visitors wander palm lined promenades and shop in glamorous boutiques. When you are not in one of its spacious suits, discover things to see and do at The Dubai Marina.

There is a good network of roads in and around the area plus a tram that links the Dubai Metro and the Palm Monorail, running along Al Sufouh Road and Jumeirah Beach Road from the Mall of the Emirates at one end to Dubai Marina at the other.

In addition, a water bus runs from 10 AM to 10 PM every 15 minutes between various stations within the marina. There is also a ferry that runs between Dubai Marina Mall and Al Ghubaiba as well as a selection of more tourist minded routes out to the Palm and back, or traditional abra rides around the marina area.

Free parking is available if you have your own ride. Taxis- on the other hand are parked just outside the building entrance.

Marina walk has an array of grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies which again is accessible by foot.

In accordance with the local laws, we will need a copy of passport of all guests checking in which will be uploaded on the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing ) portal. Housekeeping, airport transfers, laundry and other services can be provided during your stay at an extra cost. Baby cots and Baby high chairs are subject to availability. Smoking is allowed on balcony only. Parties are not allowed. Please be respectful of 'rules of the land' and the neighbors.
