Perfect for exploring the charm of the Chaume district, it is just steps away from the quays, the Olona marina, and the many local shops, such as bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities.

You will also have easy access to the large beach of Les Sables d’Olonne via the "passeur," which crosses the channel in just a few minutes.

The interior of the house has been completely renovated and carefully decorated, offering a warm and contemporary atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful double bedroom with a bathroom, an ideal space for resting in complete tranquility.

Upstairs, the living area is a true space for conviviality, including a small comfortable living room and an open kitchen fully equipped (kettle, microwave, coffee machine…). You will appreciate the clean style and brightness of this open space, which invites relaxation. The second double bed is located in the mezzanine, offering a cozy corner with a view of the rest of the living area.

The small balcony, accessible from the living area, will allow you to enjoy a pleasant view of the channel, perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxing moment at the end of the day. Just 2 minutes on foot from the Quai de la Chaume and its shops (bakery, charcuterie, pharmacy, restaurants...), and 6 minutes by car from the train station and the city center of Les Sables d’Olonne, this house benefits from an ideal location. Additionally, you are 7 minutes by bike from the Paracou beach.

LATE ARRIVAL: For all arrivals after 8 p.m., we offer the "late arrival" package with an additional fee, to be arranged with your concierge before your arrival.
