Great Week for Families

Beautiful home and excellent pool

This lovely home was clean, well kept, and offered plenty of space for us as advertised. What was understated was how awesome the pool area is. It was so nice, heated, clean, and you really felt like you were at a resort. Lastly, the owner, Rossana, was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Summer Getaway

I rented this home for the month of July 2010. It is wonderful in every way. The property is huge with a wonderful, large backyard that is impeccably maintained and contains everything you could want -- a large pool, hammock, grassy area, deck w BBQ, and even an herb garden. The interior is beautifully renovated and furnished and the lay-out is perfect for having guests (huge master and 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 additional rooms downstairs). Kitchen is large and spacious and great for cooking and entertaining. The owners are the best -- warm, wonderful and always available for anything. You can feel their home is well loved in all the little details. Staying here is like staying with friends! We could not have been happier with our stay.

A home away from home

This home was just thing thing for our family this summer. As city dwellers we long for the pleasures of a suburban or weekend lifestyle and for the month of August we got just that. Unlike the rest of the Hamptons, this home is in a pleasant, but unassuming neighborhood, close to anything Hampton-y you are interested in. For my two young city kids it was paradise. The house is well-maintained, well stocked and very comfortable. Our hosts bent over backwards for us to make sure we were comfortable and having fun at all costs. The front yard is in fact as big as it looks here, and the backyard pool is very large and heated. My kids loved the large driveway where they rode their bikes all afternoon and made chalk drawings. Anything we needed, the owners acted upon immediately. We will definitely consider renting again.

Family Wedding trip near E Hampton

We attended an awesome family wedding in The Hamptons this past weekend. The house was perfect for our needs during the weekend, housing 8 of us. Unfortunately, we were hardly at the house during the day due to wedding festivities and seeing the area. But, we still enjoyed our short time at the house. The grounds are beautiful, wonderful pool area and I believe the house has everything you need for an extended stay. Also, liked that it was located in a nice quiet neighborhood convenient to Sag Harbor and E. Hampton. The owners were very gracious with recommendations and excellent communication. Highly recommend this house!

Good house with fantastic pool area, and friendly owners!

House was clean, big, had all necessary accomodations for a great weekend in Sag (towels, pool floats, BBQ, a binder full of recommendations....), and was a short drive from downtown. My only knock was that there was no AC on the main floor, but not a huge problem for us since the weekend's temperature wasn't too hot. Pool area was beautiful and perfect for a long weekend BBQ'ing outisde. The owner Rossana was so gracious, helpful, and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

A delightful week in a heavenly place

Fantastic house in great location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The house itself is large and comfortable with a delightfully homey feel. The kitchen has everything needed if you want to cook at home and the backyard is even better than pictured. The pool is private and the large yard is beautifully landscaped. The homeowners were delightful, stopping by to make sure we had everything we needed. Their personal touch made us feel very welcome. This home is conveniently located near downtown Sag Harbor with easy access to all of the nearby towns and attractions. We will definitely stay here again if we ‘re in the area.

Great House with a Beautiful Pool

My family stayed here for the long fourth of July weekend and a great time was had by all. The house is large and built for a big group. Kitchen is spacious and great for cooking and gathering. There's a large living and dining area with a separate den that can be closed off (great place to set the kids up to play or watch tv). There was more then enough parking too. The best part is the fantastic pool and back yard that has three tiers with plenty of seating, grill, a hammock plus a great patio off the kitchen for dining. Rossana was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed and checkin in/out is a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful home owned by wonderful, thoughtful people!

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Rossana and Dave’s home. The house is so cozy, clean, and stocked with all the amenities you need for a great getaway. You can tell how thoughtful and detail-oriented the owners are. They even stopped by quick to introduce themselves which really made us feel at home. Location is perfect and super close to the village of Sag Harbor. We had a blast hanging by the gorgeous pool in the lush backyard space! Thank you Rossana and Dave, hope to visit again soon!

This is a true home away.

The accommodations were ideally suited for three generations. The home was spacious enough to get away from others (i.e. kids wanting to watch TV) while having areas big enough for family activities. It was central to the ocean and bay, and the pool was an option for those who can’t get enough swimming. Through the planning and during our stay, Rossana and David were very responsive. We met them briefly, and they replied promptly to our messages. They shared their local knowledge of activities and venues. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the things that we needed to grill out or cook in. It also had paper goods, etc. that we thought that would need to buy--there was even laundry detergent. Very convenient! The pool was as beautiful as pictured, and the deck was a great place for meals. We are very grateful for relaxing family time.

Perfect 4th of July!

We loved our stay in Sag Harbor! There is a ton of room for a group of 10 and Rosanna went above and beyond before, during and after our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. The location is perfect- right between the ocean beaches and the town, and the pool area is beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and everyone thought the beds were really comfy. There is also enough parking for 5+ cars which is convenient. Sag Harbor is definitely our new favorite places to visit and we hope to be back soon!

A beautiful, comfortable, relaxing vacation place

We enjoyed our weekend at this lovely home. It is spacious and well furnished as well as homey. The beds were very comfortable! Landscaping is beautiful too. We are very appreciative of the ease with which we could communicate with the owners when we first arrived and when we had a question. They could not have been nicer. Oh, we must mention that every room was in immaculate condition.

Great house, great neighborhood

We just got back from a wonderful long weekend in Sag Harbor and thoroughly enjoyed this home. The house is nicely laid out with both enough open areas and separated rooms. The kitchen is nicely appointed and has everything you'd need. We really enjoyed the backyard, with three levels of well designed usable space, including a pool, deck, and hammock! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and was in a great location for us. The owners were super attentive and checked in to make sure we had what needed and provided a handy booklet of helpful information about the area.

Gorgeous home, neat and clean. The pool area is spacious. Beautiful wood floors.

Plenty of room to accommodate 8 people. Its only a short ride away from the Wolfer estate and local beach area. The home owners are friendly and available at anytime. I look forward to returning next year.

Lovely, quiet - home away from home

Property was wonderful! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Home and gardens meticulously maintained and equipped for total comfort. Pool was absolutely beautiful with many lounge chaises and seating options. Nicely situated for both sun and shade. Gas barbecue grill and lovely outdoor dining area. House is amply equipped with everything needed for cooking for a crowd. Location is a few miles from Sag Harbor main town and about 20 minutes to the Hamptons. Ocean.beach access requires visitor permits and car fees, but doable with some prep/research. Rossana and David were extremely helpful and accommodating.

We are long time Sag Harbor residents. My husband grew up on the water on the North Fork and I was born and raised in Sag Harbor. We both grew up spending our summers at the beach, eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on the shore, riding bikes in our neighborhoods and in the winter, sledding down the many small hills in the area. We welcome you to share in the adventures!

Our home is warm, spacious and inviting. The property is backed by many acres of county land with hiking trails. The pool area and the yard is surrounded by a privacy fence and is beautifully landscaped. It is a private and peaceful retreat. which we are pleased to share with our guests.
