Spring Break Trip

Stayed with kids and grandkids for Spring Break. Kids loved the pool time. House was easy access to stores. Wished the weather was warmer, but still had a good time!

Spring training get away

The property was perfect for our needs. There were 5 couples and we each had our own room with plenty of space. 3 bathrooms was enough. Everything was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Restaurants, grocery store all close we enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evening!! Would definitely stay again

Perfect house for us

Had a group of five guys in town for Spring Training and golf. This house was perfect, five bedrooms all with a queen or king sized bed. No singles or bunk beds. It was difficult to find this type of setup. Most had rooms with multiple beds. House is large, appointed well with comfortable furniture and tv’s in every room. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Backyard very large with a good sized pool. Appreciated having the available garage. Everyone really liked the house. Not one complaint. It was very clean

Arizona heat

The house was everything that was advertised. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and yet plenty of room if you wanted to be alone. The house is close to food stores and restaurants. When contacting the host Katie always answered very quickly to any questions or situations that came up. Would definitlely stay at the house again.

Perfect location

Our family loved our stay. We celebrated the life of my aunt. The house was ready upon arrival and had plenty of space of me & my husband, dad, 2 sisters with significant others. It was close to everything we needed. We played Jenga and enjoyed coffee Highly recommend staying here.

Very clean and beautiful remodel!

The property was everything the pictures showed and more! The remodel and updates were very well done creating a very bright and fun atmosphere. We stayed here with seven adults and everyone was extremely comfortable and happy. Easy freeway access, management team was great!

Greats: Fans & televisions in all bedrooms; quality paper towels and t.p.; quiet neighborhood w/park nearby; close to grocery; regular coffee maker; fridge w/ice maker; lovely pool (couldn’t find the switch for the light); nice outdoor covered area; very comfortable home! Needs: Baking dishes (for brownies!); extra kitchen towels; light bulbs (several were burned out); batteries for remotes (had to pull from one remote to use in another); dust pan; a few more pool toys/floaties; a few more pieces of silverware; throws for the couch (?)

Great property, pool issues.

Property was located across from a school. Quiet, nice neighborhood with plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. The house itself was lovely and spacious. Decor was nice & simple. Clean and basic amenities, plenty of towels provided. Loved the washer/dryer being there and access to the garage. It was clean for the most part and no bugs, which is huge for me. The shower in the Master was not cleaned properly. My only complaint would be the pool. It was a nice pool and the view at sunset in the back was beautiful. However, I spent more time cleaning the pool myself multiple times daily. The skimmer was torn and needed to be replaced which I did let the host know. A new one "was ordered" but not provided during my stay. The pool guy came but didn't do anything that I hadn't done already. Hit quick clean, clean out the filter, and use a torn broken skimmer to take out as much debris as possible, from feathers from bird's nests on the trees to pieces of bark and more. The pool was an important piece of the trip as I was traveling with my 2 kids. So having to maintain the pool because the filter was not often running and was on a timer, along with a broken skimmer was a pain. The hose kept coming loose and I had to reconnect it often and no, no one was pulling on it, it just was not secure. The host responded quickly with any questions or concerns I had, which was great! All in all I would stay again, but only if the pool situation was better.
