Welcome to our newly renovated home that is located just a few minutes from downtown Elizabethtown, Fort Knox, breweries, Bourbon trails, nature parks, hiking, downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs, etc. This house is a very spacious 4 bed, 3 bath home. We have three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There is plenty of closet and storage space for your convenience as well. The kitchen is a large space equipped with stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with plates, bowls, pots and pans, silverware, cups/mugs, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig. Right off the kitchen you will see the dining area and the living room (it is an open concept). You will have garage access with plenty of parking available. We also have a level 2 EV charging station available for your convenience. Charger outlet is on a 60 AMP dedicated breaker, 240v NEMA 14-50 connector type required.

Clean and Comfortable

We had 6 adults and one child staying as a family. We celebrated our family Christmas here. The house was nice and provided adequate space. The biggest concern for us was the lack of baking pans, serving dishes and utensils. If you plan to bake or do much cooking, consider bringing your own pans and dishes. The beds were comfortable and the house was immaculately clean which is our family's number one priority when choosing a place to stay. The owner was very responsive to questions and we had no issues with anything inside the house.

Great space and location

This was a great space, large enough for our family (5 of us being from out of town/state) to stay and gather to celebrate our daughter’s nursing school graduation. Plenty of room! We were celebrating Christmas while we were all together too, it had a very homey feel. We were centrally located to everything we needed! Safe, quiet neighborhood!

Fort Knox

We stayed at this property for my son's Advanced Camp graduation at Fort Knox. The house was perfect for our needs and was very clean upon arrival. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to base. We had a couple minor issues that we had to report to the property owner and she responded timely to our communications with her. The accommodations were as listed. The only downside side would be that the kitchen could be better stocked with dishes/serving bowls/flatware etc. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Loved the place. Maybe a railing for steps for the old folks in our group, and a TV in the rooms, but didn’t NEED either to enjoy our stay at this home. Proximity to Fort Knox was perfect for what we were visiting for!!!

Fun Fall Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The open concept was nice. All 3 bedrooms on the same floor was a plus, especially with my parents. The only thing that needs a little improvement is the amount of silverware (only 4 of each, but 6 of us) and coffee cups. Also, the one bedroom without nightstands, it would be nice to have those for people in that room. Other than that, super clean. Use of washing machine was nice. Floors were great! (I like bare floors, easier to clean). Beds were super comfy. (Side sleeper, so soft enough to not wake up stiff). We would rent again, if we ever came back this way.

Home away from home

This was an excellent place for us to stay. It was everything they advertised it to be. We came for our son's wedding. I needed a nice big kitchen to make the wedding cake in and it more than met that need. And it was big enough for family that was coming in to stay with us. I highly recommend this place.

Kentucky Wedding

The house was very nice. What I'd like to suggest is more toiletries , an iron and ironing board, maybe some deck chairs and grill. It really only had the bare essentials, but was quiet and nice. I did reach out to the owner about the themostat reporting a low battery and she did not get back to me as promised.

Excellent property

This property was perfect for our stay. We were helping my son and his family pack up their house for a military move. As we disassembled their house, the property, with it's 3 bedrooms and baths, provided everyone a place to stay. The house was close to the post and met our every need. It was so much better than trying to stay in a hotel with 4 adults and 2 kids.

Excellent stay

The house was beautiful! There was lots of space to spread and and relax.. The owner was very prompt with answering questions. We are a family with food allergies so we have to prepare our own food. We can’t eat out much. The of the kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed for food preparation, except for mixing bowls. This is definitely a house we would rent again!

Would stay here again!

The property is in an established neighborhood so we felt really safe there. The code didn’t work on the door when we got there and after a quick call to Seiko we were able to get right in. The house is very clean and comfortable. It’s a perfect location for people who don’t want to stay in the city. Small towns are close by with really good restaurants. The WiFi is spotty at best and made watching TV challenging because it kept freezing and lagging. We didn’t watch a lot of TV, but to those who do you may want to know this up front. We are familiar with this floor plan and thought the renovation to the main living area was amazing and it really opened up the space. If we are traveling to the area again we would book this house. The mattresses were all very comfortable and all the linens and towels were clean and fresh. An excellent experience!!!

Beautiful place for a weekend getaway!

The house was very stylish, roomy and comfortable. The bed was super-comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Close to Fort Knox and other locations of interest. Also a nice drive to Louisville. Easy check in and communication was great. We would to love to stay here again if we are in the area.
