Welcome to Paradise Palms, a Vue Vacations home! This spacious 7-bedroom home is in the heart of Indio and within walking distance of the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festival grounds. Located in the gated community of Montage at Santa Rosa, Paradise Palms is your space for total relaxation and vacation vibes. This kid and adult-friendly vacation location is the perfect getaway for any group.

At Paradise Palms, you'll find plenty of space and plenty of fun while you relax with family and friends. From the moment you step inside, you'll be impressed with the roomy, open-concept layout, and the stylish and fun decor. This home features a large private pool and spa, a spacious patio with several lounging areas, brand new built in BBQ/Bar, raised fire pit, putting green, covered outdoor game area with pop-a-shot and ping pong, and yard games—our home will be your own slice of Paradise.

The patio at Paradise Palms is truly heavenly and has many amenities to keep you entertained! The large heated pool with a tanning shelf and jetted spa is surrounded by several chaise lounge chairs to soak up the sun. Take your cooking skills outside at the brand new built in BBQ and enjoy a meal at the raised bar area. Head to the side of the home, and you'll find ping pong, pop-a-shot, lawn games, and a new 3 hole putting green. And of course, no patio is complete without a fire pit – enjoy your evenings with s'mores and story telling.

The interior of Paradise Palms, furnished and decorated in a contemporary style, making the home feel inviting, upbeat, and cheery. It's easy to imagine your group gathering together in the living room around the fireplace, cooking a feast in the kitchen, and coming together in one of the several dining areas to enjoy a meal. And when it comes time to retire, the six bedrooms and four bathrooms are elegantly furnished, spacious, and comfortable.

Paradise Palms is your ideal location in Indio! Everything you need is a short distance away. WALK to The Empire Polo Club - home to the famous COACHELLA VALLEY MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL AND STAGECOACH FESTIVAL, take a quick drive to PGA West for a round of golf, Indian Wells for a tennis match, or drive to El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta for dinner and shopping.

*Quiet hours and noise restrictions will be strictly enforced. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee of $150 per request, for up to 3 hours. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! The pool will be set to 84 degrees free of charge October-May. If you would like the temperature to be increased, this will result in an additional charge of $100 per day. There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. *STAYS OF 5+ DAYS SUBJECT TO POOL HEAT CHARGE*

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you please clean up after your pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

We encourage you to enjoy our vacation homes, however we must abide by city and HOA policies. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day. IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! The HOA has strict regulations on parking. The home has 6 spots available - 3 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. If vehicles are oversized, you may not be able to fit as many. Any tickets or towing due to parking will be the guests financial responsibility. Parking specifics will be sent with your check-in instructions.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! All of our homes provide a set number of parking spaces for guests in the garage and/or driveway. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

WILL WIFI AND TV BE AVAILABLE?
Yes! All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart TV's and high speed WiFi.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.

Address and keyless door codes are provided to guest with check in instructions.
Parking is available in the garage and driveway and can fit up to 6 cars.
Montage at Santa Rosa is a gated community. Guests will be given a gate access code.

Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay!

A digital guidebook will be sent to you before your stay. This will include details about the home, area, and check in/out instructions.

Montage at Santa Rosa is the best location in the Coachella Valley any time of the year, but especially during festival season! Our home is within walking distance of the Empire Polo Grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals.

Take a quick drive down Jefferson to the famous PGA West golf communities for a round of golf on one of their 3 public courses.

A short drive west will take you to the famous El Paseo where you can enjoy a day of shopping and lunch. Or, head over to Old Town La Quinta for dinner.

Head to Hwy 111 and you will have access to any grocery or specialty stores you need such as Target and Costco or coffee shops like Starbucks and Coffee Bean.

Easy freeway access for a quick trip to the airport, Downtown Palm Springs, or any surrounding Southern California city.

Work event with customers

Great location for PGA West, Tennis. Ample parking and a fun place for a mixed group or for work meetings. House is well laid out and with the Casita its a bonus! Will book again for future customer events.

Amazing House!

We booked this beautiful house to attend a 5 day soccer tournament. It was so spacious and teenage boys had fun with the pool, table tennis, cornhole, and putting green. Beds are comfy, neighborhood is quiet, and everything is nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Sandstorm lacrosse Tournament 2025

We had 9 adults (parents) and 6 lacrosse players staying in this house for a 3 day tournament. The house was very comfortable for all 15 of us! The pool was heated on arrival and the spa was easy to heat when in use. There is room for 6 cars to park, without parking on the street. We had bikes delivered to the property and rode the 2 miles to the fields. Great accommodations!

Wonderful home base!

Our large, tennis-loving family gathered at Paradise Palms to visit the tournament at Indian Wells and enjoy each other's company. The house was spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the living room was perfect for talking, playing games, watching more tennis, and just being together. The backyard was also great! We spent a lot of time in the spa and pool. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and easy access to stores and restaurants. Perfect getaway!

good experience. As described. Good communication.

Properties over the years have changed. Used to be a house that was lived in and maintained by the owners. Now it is more of a business, so the place is cleaned up, fresh towels and bedding, but no longer the feel of a home. Little things that break or wear out in our homes are constantly replaced and repaired. No longer the case. These are things that most people won't complain about. Weather it is an old drawer or cabinet that no longer closes great or squeaks, loose tiles, old things like coffee makers or utensils or other kitchen wear or furniture. The quantity is there, but no longer the feeling that someone who cares is keeping it up. Why spend the money to upgrade if we keep getting 5-star ratings? I find this the case with most properties these days. They are fine, and serve the purpose, but the prices have gone way up while the effort to keep it up and upgrade has gone down. Yes, we had a good time, and it served the purpose, but I've stayed in places where things were constantly upgraded, and they provide a better overall experience. May be if we stop automatically giving 5-stars to everyone who does an adequate job, we would put more pressure on the owners to invest in the improvements needed.
