PLEASE NOTE: Waikoloa Beach Villas will be restoring exterior woodwork throughout the complex. The scope of work to include Ohia Wood Posts a, 2nd and 3rd floor railings, trellises and A/C enclosures at each building. Each building will be worked on one at a time for approximately 2-4 weeks. Lanai furnishings/decor will be moved while the building is worked on. The contractor will access the upper floor lanais by ladder. This project will begin in July 2024 and is expected to last until March 2025 (dates subject to change depending on weather). The contractor will be onsite working 8am-6pm Mon-Fri. Please reach out with any questions. Work dates for Building B are schedule for Aug 5-19, 2024

This vacation rental has a maximum occupancy of 6 persons allowed, regardless of age

Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ's near the pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: TV's in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker and Keurig Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas B23 is located in the B Building. It is a loft style floor plan. Upon entry to the unit, you will be going up stairs to the second floor to reach the main living area, kitchens, master suite, guest bedroom, bathroom, and washer and dryer. The upstairs loft space is ideal for a little getaway. The swimming pool is just steps away! This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Great property location
Nice condo with good space. Note: This is a 2nd floor unit. Deck gets morning sun. Good space in the dining, kitchen, and family area. Close to plenty of shops, restaurants and a local market. 1/2 mile walk to a great beach with swimming & snorkeling...no waves when we were there. 1.3 mile walk to Hilton Ocean Resort for pool passes. Would stay again.

Luxurious and Peaceful
My friend and I wanted a luxurious local get away. It was everything we had hoped for and more. It had the little extras that really made our stay special. There was not only Netflix, but Prime video as well as the regular tv channels. The central air conditioner was a winner. The Hawaiian music and air conditioner were on when we arrived. It made for such a pleasant experience right away from the moment we stepped in. All the little amenities made us feel pampered. Between my friend and I, we have stayed in many places around the world, and this place was the only one that a review was written for. This is a genuine happy customer, and we will be back. Thank you for our lovely mini holiday.

It was a nice and convenient property located right across the Queens marketplace The place could’ve been more thoroughly cleaned. We washed whatever bedding was being used and literally Clorox wiped the bath tubs and tile floors due to having leftover hair in the shower. Our truck didn’t fit in the garage so we had to park outside and while checking out, the property manager stopped by to tell us we had to “actively” be loading the vehicle because we had the truck parked against the building. Then my sister got a warning on her windshield because they moved their car out the garage and parked without their pass while we were packing up. (The parking passes needed to be back up in the room before locking up) We left the place cleaner it was when we arrived.

Nice condo next to pool
Waikoloa villas are close to the Queens marketplace and easy access to main highway. Great pool area (small but nice), small gym and BBQs were within very short walk. Kitchen was OK, had what we needed to cook. We had issues with the frig and freezer not working properly which were attended to but never really resolved during our stay. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Not the greatest location on the island and we chose this unit based on it having passes to the Hilton complex and free parking. Turns out their main pool was being remodeled so it wasn't such a great perk after all. We were unfortunate to visit during a huge rain and wind storm so Kohala beaches (Hapuna) were closed for several days. Aside from weather issues, which you cant control, we love to visit the Big Island.

Great location, cozy condo
My family loved staying in this condo. It is cute and modern inside. The bedrooms are spread out which was nice. The upstairs bunk bed/loft area was perfect for our sons, they loved having their own space. My favorite aspect about this condo is it’s location. It’s next to the pool so it made swimming a breeze, it’s across the street from the Queen’s shopping area. We walked to Starbucks for coffee every morning. We rented a large SUV so we didn’t park in the garage because it was pretty tight, but there are close parking spots that we could use in the development. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
