Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a sleeping area with a bunk bed ;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a relaxation area with a sofa bed;
- 1 balcony.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, Wifi, Mini-Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee machine, Toaster, Air Fryer, Soup maker etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost and must be ordered one week in advance.

The accommodation is located at the foot of the slopes in Arc 1800, which welcomes you in summer and winter with its many activities.
All amenities are nearby: bars, restaurants, stores and ski schools, grocery stores, swimming pool, parking, laundry.

Professional housekeeping is carried out before and after each guest.

## Emplacement
Bourg Saint Maurice is a pleasant mountain village. Its location near Mont Blanc and at the foot of prestigious Alpine passes makes it a popular summer destination for nature lovers and winter sports enthusiasts. With its rich historical and pastoral past, it will enchant you with its privileged geographical location, in the heart of a wide-open valley, at the crossroads of the major Alpine routes and mountain ranges: Beaufortain - Mont-Blanc - Vanoise. Major sporting events take place here on a regular basis (canoeing, kayaking, cycling, paragliding, hiking, skiing...). But you can also relax in the countryside, stroll through the villages and, to recharge your batteries, discover Savoyard specialities such as Savoyard fondue, traditional raclette, the “gamelle du montagnard”, tartiflette and vegetarian tartiflette, local cheeses and other products (honey, jams...).

- Bourg-Saint-Maurice TGV station, then funicular and free shuttle bus to Charvet stop.
- By car, take the Les Arcs road and the Arc 1800 Le Charvet exit.
- Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport: 1 hour 37 minutes by car.
- Winter driving equipment is mandatory from November 1 to March 31.
