Die Wohnung Luxerious Wohnung Varos ist nicht weit vom Park Marijan und ca. 5 Minuten von der Innenstadt in einer ruhigen und exklusiven Gegend von Split .
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und luxuriös eingerichtet.
Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer als Toilette mit Bad und eine moderne Küche mit allem Zubehör.
Der Wohnraum ist modern mit einem LED-TV und einem Surround- System in einer Klasse von harman / kardon , aber auch sie sind auch eine Klimaanlage .
Im Wohnzimmer , es ist auch eine Couch , wo eine Person kann immer noch getrennt schlafen, wenn Es ist notwendig. Im Hof der Wohnung gibt es einen Grill und natürlich einen Parkplatz für das Auto .
Der beste Weg, um einen ersten Eindruck zu bekommen, ist die Fotos von der Wohnung zu sehen .
Alle unsere Gäste waren sehr zufrieden.
Auch die Wohnung hat seinen eigenen privaten Parkplatz.

Immer wieder gerne!

Zvonimir war ein hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der mit gute Tipps den Aufenthalt einfacher gestaltete. Check in und out verliefen problemlos und die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern. Einzig der Ablauf des Wassers war nicht ganz in Ordnung, was uns aber nicht weiter störte. Sollten wir wieder einmal in Splitt vorbeikommen, dann werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen wieder bei Zvonimir unterzukommen.

Top Umgebung und Wohlgefühl Appartment

Hi Dragun, wir möchten uns bedanken für die abholung mit deine Bruder auch und hingebracht in der Flughafen. Der Umgebung ist sehr bequem, wir haben wohlgefühl in deine Appartment. Du und deine Bruder hat sehr gut gegeben eine Tips für unsere Ausflug, genau erklärt alles wie zbw. der Transportation/Verkehr Infos., Restaurant, Beaches und erklärt über der Technik und der kleine geräte zu Hause auch. Der Standort war es sehr gut. Es gib eine kleinigkeit Überraschung als Wilkommen für deine Appartment, wir fand das sehr schön. Wir können dieser Appartment weiter Empfehlen. Grüß an deine Bruder. Top Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und hochwertig, z.B Induktionsherd, gutes Soundsystem... Die Lage ist super, man ist direkt am Rand der Altstadt und in wenigen Gehminuten mitten im Zentrum. Super waren auch die zwei beinhalteten Parkplätze. Es gibt einen wahnsinnigen Parkplatzmangel in der ganzen Stadt so dass wir froh waren, nie suchen zu müssen.

Wonderful place!

We were so happy with this place! Super clean and modern (remodeled kitchen and bath) and the hot water for the shower was great! Very comfy bed and the sofa in the living room was comfy as well. The location is excellent. Parking…such a needed convenience! Everything is a 10 minute walk. Our host was very Communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great base camp in Split

We really enjoyed our stay here in Split. It was a ten minute walk to both downtown and Marjan Park plus there were several places to get groceries nearby. The apartment was clean and a good size for our family. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great apartment just steps away from old town!

Apartment was spacious and clean. We had our own private parking space, which is a must, if you have a car. Zvonimir was prompt and greeted us on the first day and was there on the last day as well to help us back our car out of the driveway because the streets in Split are very narrow. We walked everywhere since old town was only a few minutes away. There is also a small market a block away from the apt., which was very convenient as well. I would definitely recommend!

The property was fabulous. Quiet location, bakery across the street and old town was easily walkable. Loved the neighborhood atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly that you almost felt like you lived there. Every meal was delicious. We look forward to visiting again.

Happy in Split

The property exceeded our expectations. Location to old town and the Riva was ideal. As mentioned in other reviews, it was a quick walk to the little grocery store and bakery. The property manager was very helpful and accessible. We would definitely stay there again

Great place in Split!

We recently stayed here for three nights before setting out on a sailing adventure. We were two couples, and we were very comfortable (would have been a tight fit for 6 people). Zvonimir was extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is just a short walk to restaurants and the center of the city. The air conditioning was much appreciated, as it was quite hot while we were there!

This location was perfect! 5min walk to EVERYTHING (restaurants, shops, historic monuments and harbor). The owner was very flexible and extremely responsive. We accidentally locked our key in the house and he was there in less than 10mins. I would definitely stay again.

Great Property for So Many Reasons

Zvonimir was very quick to respond when I messaged him, and his checkin information was very clear. The apartment was super clean, which was a concern for me because I am very picky about cleanliness. His place did not disappoint. It was about 10 mins (tops) to the city center/tourist attractions, which was perfect because were close enough to where we needed to be without being in the center of the mob! There is a bakery and a mini market across the street, which served needs perfectly. It was an added bonus to have a Smart TV for the kids. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends. Top host, top place.

What a comfortable place this is. 2 private bedrooms, a comfortable living room with great tv to watch movies. Easy walk to the old city and to the beautiful Marjan Park. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent apartment in Split

This VRBO apartment in Split, Croatia was exactly as advertised. Very modern, clean and well situated. Two bedrooms allows two couples to comfortably stay there. A nice bakery and grocery store across street. A coffee shop just down road. Within a 5 minute easy walk to the old town of Split. Zvonimir was very easy to deal with regarding the check in and check out procedures. He offered to arrange for personal tours, if required. He personally drove our group to airport. We would highly recomend staying at Zvonimir's apartment.

Lovely property

Convenient to everything - main square, bakery, restaurant at the top of the street that had great views. Host kindly arranged to pick us up at the airport, and even drove us back for our return flight at 4:15 am. Beautiful, clean apartment.

this property was in a great location. close to everything. Walking distance to the main square area. The place was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything you need. Zvonimir the host was very helpful and attentive and just a really nice guy. i would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Split.

An amazing getaway

My husband and I absolutely loved this apartment. Fresh fruit, water and iced tea already in the fridge on your arrival. So close to so many amenities, 5 minutes to a bakery, 15 to a grocery store and about 20-25 minutes away from The Promenade. I would recommend this apartment to anyone not wanting to stay in a hotel. The owner is so friendly and so willing to make sure you have an amazing time in this city.

Zvonimir is a great host, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help however he can. Property is clean and in a great location for everything Split has to offer. We had a slight communication issue initially but this was due to Home Away recording contact information incorrectly, nothing to do with the host. Fully recommended.

Great location. Great host

Zvonimir is a great host and so accommodating. We misjudged our travel time to Split and he didn't flinch. He met us just after midnight, helped us with our bags and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is spacious and modern. We had everything we needed including some cold refreshments as a welcome. The location is ideal - near the old city and park marjun - and the downtown / major roads. We also took advantage of the off street parking and the laundry facilities. If only we had more time to enjoy the beauty of Split. Thank you Zvonimir for making our stay in your city so wonderful.
