Excellent stay in Arenal
Overall this property was amazing. It had a beautiful view in a safe area. We were greeted each morning by parrots circling the neighborhood. The pool was refreshing and surrounded by gorgeous native flora. The hot tub is available and was relaxing.
There are a couple of things that I think guests should take note of to better prepare for their stay. First, there is a working washer and dryer with laundry detergent available which will allow for more flexible packing. There is no need to overpack. There is a fully operational kitchen with working appliances. So it would be easy to prepare meals "at home." The hot water in the showers is powered electrically and there was one time that the breaker had to be reset. There is NO central air conditioning but the temperature was mild. I suggest opening the side doors and windows as they all have insect screens. It makes for a nice cross breeze and the house cools quickly in the evenings.
The only thing that surprised me was the 4th bed. I was anticipating the bed being located inside one of the bedrooms, however it was upstairs in a loft-type area. There are no electrical plugs in that area to charge phones and devices.
In addition to the wonderful property, the hosts were always available to answer any question, pre-heat the hot tub for us and were overall super accommodating.
